Collin was great to work with! The location is fantastic, only 1 block from Main Street! The house was clean and new and had a fantastic setup in the back for grilling and hanging out! Loved the putting green. We had a great time. Thanks for hosting us. We will rent again for sure!

Super clean, great location and friendly host. A few suggestions- main level bathroom door won’t close all the way as well as one upstairs bedroom door. needs a Kuerig, can opener, oven mitts, strainer and mixing bowls. We could tell this was a new build so these are just suggestions for future guests. Great stay!!!

The house and amenities were great. The parking was slightly less so, but it was graduation weekend. Plenty of room for our group of 5.

The Graduate

We were lucky enough to be the first crew to stay at The Graduate. Collin and Abby were beyond accommodating and have created a space that is clean, classy, and cozy. The floor plan is perfect for gathering together to celebrate and also rest very comfortable. The beds are soooo comfortable and the bathrooms gorgeous. The Graduate is within easy walking distance to downtown and a block away from a quaint brewery. Their place helped make our graduation celebration that much more special. The dinning table that could convert into a pool table and ping pong table was a wonderful addition for late night fun or rainy days. Collin and Abby have thought of everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Collin and Abby again. I give ten stars if I could. JM and family

Absolutely Beautiful Stay Near BGSU!We had a fantastic experience at this property in Bowling Green! The rental is new, spotless, and beautifully designed—modern yet incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt top-notch and thoughtfully appointed, truly giving it a luxury feel. The location couldn’t be better—less than a mile from campus and an easy walk to downtown. It was perfect for our weekend visit to BGSU and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!
