What makes this property unique

This is a private property home, all gated. It has an automatic gate to open and close front entrance. Big yard and big carport to bbq and enjoy family time. There’s a pool table for fun family entertainment. The house has 5 outside security cameras for home and family protection. One camera in front garage, one under carport, one on back of house, one in front door entry and one on side of house. Cameras have no audio.
