Brand New Home w/ Pool. Only 30 miles to SpaceX!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

We have a maintenance manager who lives nearby. We are available by phone for any questions or concerns.

The entire house is yours during your reservation, including the backyard with private pool.

Enjoy your time in Brownsville at this newly constructed 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, and 2 half bath house. The backyard is made for entertaining with a full size pool, hot tub, pergola, and outdoor furnishings. The house is conveniently located only 30 miles from SpaceX and South Padre Island!

Note: the pool heater and hot tub are available for use for an additional fee of $50 a day and if used will be billed for the entirety of your stay (i.e we will not only bill you for 1 day of use).

Additionally, the hot tub is not available for use in the summer months due to the following:
1) For Your Safety - There is no temperature sensor that can detect unsafe water temperatures of 108F+. With the ambient temperature reaching up to 100F in the summer, the hot tub temperature can quickly become inadvertently unsafe.
2) For Your Comfort - The hot tub has a waterfall into the pool. If you turn on the hot tub, it will eventually heat the entire pool and the pool will no longer be a refreshing experience for you during the summer.

1. Place used towels on the floor so we are aware they were used 2. Please leave beds that were used unmade 3. Place trash from kitchen in outside trash bins located on the left side of the house
4. Sign out of any TV applications you may have logged in to 5. Please turn off lights, TVs, etc
6. Please lock all doors and windows, then place the keys back in the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful home!! We really enjoyed our stay, Vanessa and her husband were great in answering any questions. The outdoor patio with pool and jacuzzi felt like a mini resort great way to end your day!! Definitely a gem!!

Cute getaway

Very clean and nice property. Pool a little slippery around the edges, but we always had an adult present. Plenty of restrooms, very nice kitchen. Our teenager enjoyed the arcade games in the garage. The only down side was the neighbors are very close, so we just had to make sure we weren't too loud. Great weekend, we would love to return our kids didn't want to leave!

Great House!

We stayed here the week of Christmas. We were visiting family which live very close to this house. We chose it because of the location and it was a great location and easy to move around between McAllen and Brownsville. The communication was great and made everything super simple. We did have the pool heated while we were there and were able to enjoy the pool almost everyday. The house had everything we needed. As an adult I loved the game in the garage. If you're considering staying here and have kids, they would definitely love the different games in the garage. We would stay here again when visiting family, in a heartbeat.

A beautiful home and the owners incredibly responsive! A few recommendations: could use newer and more pots and pans as well as potholders for cooking as well as mixing bowls and measuring cups etc for those that want to cook. Hangers also would be a nice touch for those that want to use closets. The neighborhood and houses are close and not as quiet with dogs etc however when in the house its quiet. Incredibly close to amenities in Brownsville and about a 40 minute drive to Spacex!
