Two separate living areas let the early sleepers and the late-night crowd coexist, and the lower-level suite has its own kitchen, laundry, and private entrance, a self-contained apartment for grandparents or teens. You are close to, but not inside, the busy center of Destin, on a quiet street off Scenic Gulf Drive with Gulf-front dining within walking distance.

GOOD TO KNOW
• The lower-level suite is accessed by its own exterior entrance with a separate code. It does not connect to the main house from inside. Great for privacy, and you will step outside to rejoin the group.
• The pool and hot tub are community amenities shared with the neighborhood, not private to the home.
• No pets at this home. Ask us about our pet-friendly Destin rentals.
• Renters must be 25+. No guests under 25 without a parent or legal guardian present.
• One surveillance device on the exterior of the home, none inside.


INITIAL SUPPLIES – UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


Guests tell us the same two things. The two living areas saved the family vacation, and the 3-minute walk to a private beach beats circling for public parking.
