North End Beach Block with quick walk to beach, boardwalk and Asbury shopping!

Welcome to our beach retreat in a prime location in OCNJ! 804 E 7th Street is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor beach block home.

A short walk to all that you love in Ocean City - beach , boardwalk, waterpark, mini-golf, Castaway Cove and downtown shops. Just park your car and walk or bike to wherever you like to go!

In addition to the main living room, kitchen and dining area, the unit has a master suite with comfortable king size bed and bathroom, a bedroom with queen bed and a bedroom with full over full bunk beds and twin trundle and as well as main bathroom. Additionally, there is a futon in the living room that converts to a bed. Dining table has seating for 6 plus two additional seats at the island. A deck off the main living area has additional seating and another table for 6-8 for dinners outside enjoying the ocean breeze. Kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to cook. There is a small deck off the back two bedrooms. 2 night minimum stay in off-season, 7 day Sat to Sat rentals late June thru late Aug. We always try to accommodate early check-ins and late departures whenever available.

Absolutely no pets of any kind or smoking is permitted in the unit. All deposits will be forfeited if this is not followed.

Primary renters must be 25 years of age to rent property and staying on property.
We cannot accept rentals for high school senior week, after prom or other parties.

Note there are two units in this building. This rental is for the lower one floor unit. Unit is accessed through front porch entrance as well as through the garage and side entrance.

Family beach vacation

We were only able to stay a few nights but had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable and an easy walk to the boardwalk. We spent a lot of time out on the front portch. Megan was great at keeping us informed and responding to any texts. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely home away from home. From the 7 year old, to the 11 year old, the 18 & 19 year olds and the adults, we each enjoyed the house. Ocnj 2-family vacation

The property was perfect and as described. A short walk to the beach and they have evrything. If you cook on vacation, they have all the equipment and plates you could need. It was really a perfect rental for our family (2 adults with kids 5 and 7) joined by my brother with his wife and 5 year old, plus infant.

Great family trip to OC!

Great Stay at the Beach!

My family and I stayed at this property for 4 nights. The check-in and out process was very easy and we had great communication with the owners. Both my children (3 y/o and 1 y/o) had a blast at the boardwalk which is only minutes away by foot. The property was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for our family. If there were any issues, the owners responded immediately. It was overall a wonderful place and we hope to stay here again.

Great Place - Close to the Boardwalk/Beach

This is a great place to stay in Ocean City, NJ that is extremely close to the beach and the Boardwalk. It's an ideal location if you have little kids like we do as you don't have cross any streets to get to either. It's also very close to numerous bike rental locations. We did not need to move our car at all during the trip. The owners were extremely courteous and catering to our needs. Highly recommend.

Amazing Vacation

We had the best time!!!! The house was so beautiful and in the perfect location. It was so easy to get to the beach and boardwalk. We didn’t have any issues, just a few questions and Megan helped us each time. She was so polite and kind, and got back to us via text super fast. It was perfect for our family! My favorite part was the kitchen, which was fully stocked. We loved the deck, especially the adorable lights. We are so grateful we found this beautiful vacation home, and we can’t wait to come back and make more memories!
