This property was perfectly located for ocean city. It was one block from the beach and both far enough and close enough to the heart of things the at you could walk to whatever you want but it was hey quiet. The house has everything you could need and was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. There was plenty of room for my small family and could easily fit another family. Having multiple decks was great for when the sun shifts. Julie was a great host and was super responsive if we had any questions. If we return to Ocean City next year we would definitely stay here again.

This was the best VRBO rental I've ever had. VERY welcoming host, excellent and charming accommodations, very welcoming to our little dog, the fireplace was so cozy (we were there in February) and actually warm, where some gas fireplaces are not warm. The kitchen had everything we needed. Close to everything. Highly recommended.

We are a family that LOVES Ocean City! That's why we purchased the one home we found and loved! And since we can't stay here all the time (although we wish we could), you are invited to also enjoy this amazing home that we call, 'Sunrest.' Our hope is that you also will find rest and relaxation from the activity of life in this little piece of heaven.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because we loved the location of the house! What could be better than a quick 1 block walk to the beach and boardwalk in one direction and Piccini's pizza (got to be the world's best) just three blocks the other direction? Oh, and Starbucks just a quick walk away. We also loved the layout of this home, the friendly colors, the gorgeous and spacious front and back decks and the quiet, private beauty of the second floor. If you visit, you'll know why we love it so much! Also check out our other wonderful listing on the same street, VRBO #654378!

What makes this property unique

Never have to move your car. We're close to everything! We have never had any water damage as this house sits on the highest part of the island. We love our guests and make it our commitment to treat every renter so special, they will want to return! Check out our reviews!
