Dear guests, this is a 2b1b unit in a fourplex building.
It can be a 6 months minimum term furnished rental with a lease without any fees. The whole unit 1300 dollars per month, please reach out if interested. Pets allowed with pet fee.
You will have 2 bedrooms with total of 2 beds and one full size bathroom, living room, full size kitchen, plus front and back patio with view of woods to relax. The house is 18 mins drive to downtown KC, 10 mins to stadiums,35 mins to MCI
We do have a train track running in our backyard, the train goes by 1-7 times a day please do not book if it will be an issue for you.
