This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Kansas City. Guests will find two large rooms upstairs, featuring one king bed in the bedroom and a boneless pull-out sofa in the private upstairs living room. Downstairs is a shared a living room with a large, very comfortable L-shaped sofa. Private, upstairs bathroom includes a bathtub, large sink, and needed toiletries. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or gearing up for your next adventure, this terrific space offers everything you need. This is a classic, Craftsman house which showcases the best of what KCK has to offer, with a beautiful view of the downtown skyline right behind the house. Why they chose this property
KC's downtown skyline visible from behind the house, a jogging trail, Heathwood Park, is also 2 blocks away from the house. This is an up and coming neighborhood with many hundred-year-old craftsman houses.
What makes this property unique
This 105-year-old house still has a solid, very dry foundation, even when it rains for days and days. Although boring, this is one of my favorite things about this house. Also includes front and back porches. Colorful landscaping pending as the weather improves :)
