A Frame Cottage on 3 Acres at Beautiful Lake Texoma
Sitting on three acres, this beautiful, a-frame cottage is the perfect destination for lake fun or a restful place to unplug from the world for a few days. Situated at Lake Texoma, which boasts the best striper and sand bass fishing in Oklahoma, it’s only a short two-mile trek to Alberta Creek Marina. Choctaw Casino in Durant, OK, is only a 30-minute car ride away! This two-bedroom, two bath cottage has full size bunk beds in the downstairs bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A king size bed and twin trundle make up the upstairs bedroom along with a double vanity and shower. The downstairs bathroom has a jetted soaking tub. The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and eating. Appliances include Keurig, oven, electric cooktop, refrigerator, and dishwasher. All you need to bring is your food. A washer and dryer make it easy to bring clean clothes back home!
Amenities include wifi, Directv, fire pit, pellet grill and a huge barn with surveillance cameras gives you a safe place to park your vehicles, boat and jet skis. There is also a deep freeze available to store any fish caught until you can get them home.
