Centrally located home within walking distance to the heart of downtown Sioux Falls, Phillips Avenue, and Starbucks. Excellent dining, coffee shops, events, and experiences right in our front yard! We are also a short drive away from the airport, Falls Park, Avera and Sanford hospitals, Sanford Sports Complex, Premier Center, USF, and Augustana. Come experience true Sioux Falls living!

The space:
Enjoy your trip to Sioux Falls in this bright, newly remodeled duplex! This property is centrally located, making all major Sioux Falls attractions extremely accessible! Awake refreshed and ready for a day of fun and exploration. The spring, summer, and fall months will offer visits to the nearby farmers’ market, where you can pick up local ingredients to craft a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or grill something up while hanging out in the backyard patio around a bonfire. During the Winter months experience the Winter Wonderland at Falls Park, a great meal at one of many excellent restaurants DTSF has to offer, or warm up with a coffee or hot chocolate from some of the best coffee shops in the city. Experience Downtown Sioux Falls nightlife after a concert at the Premier Center, or cozy in with your loved ones after a long day of visiting friends or family. All things are possible at this home away from home!


The space is a LOWER UNIT of a duplex, the owners reside in the upper unit. This is completely PRIVATE and all your own. The unit is partially above ground with big windows that let in an abundance of natural light. You will have FULL ACCESS to the ENTIRE lower unit including the laundry room located in the lower common area. In the warmer months guests will also have access to the fire pit and patio out back.

The only shared space is the common area that you will enter. Head down the stairs into the spacious lower common area where the laundry room and entrance to the lower unit is located. You are more than welcome to use the laundry room as needed! We will give you complete privacy, but we may pass by as we use the laundry ourselves. The door to the lower unit is equipped with a coded lock, which will be provided upon your stay.

The only people that live in the above unit are myself, Anna, and our kitties Vinny and Franky. We are committed to you having the most comfortable stay possible and are cognizant of the noise above. With us living in the upper unit, we are always available to assist with any needs. We love to meet and connect with our guests if they are willing! If guests want complete privacy we will also respect those wishes and your space.

Guest access:
Guests will be able to enter the main door of the property by using the coded lock key pad and head down into the lower unit where there is also a coded lock key pad.

There is an abundance of on-street parking right in front of the property where guests will park. If there is a snow alert, guests will be permitted to park in the guest parking area in the back of the property as the street is a snow-emergency route.

Uber and LYFT are available for travel from our area as well as a bus stop located on the corner across from our front door!
