Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private two-bedroom apartment built in 1895 features a traditional floor plan with a modern kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 65” Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sleeper sofa for guests seeking additional sleeping accommodations, a shared backyard, onsite parking, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.

The heating system will only be available in October until the end of April, or the beginning of May.

Start your day with Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Bruegger's Bagels, or a local favorite The Knotty Pine a short walk away!

Laundry machines are not available for guest use at this time, however there is a local laundromat nearby about 1.2 miles away.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Great place to stay.

We stayed at this place for a week. It was a nice space well furnished, and had everything we needed. The owners were responsive to our questions and were helpful and clear. I would certainly stay here again.

The VRBO was great when the electronic plugs wanted to work. The stove and microwave at one point just stopped working/heating up. Otherwise, a nice stay!

No frills, comfortable

This was a good place for my family. Would say this location is great, we walked to ice cream, the grocery store, and to the park with our young daughter. I would say there’s window A/C units and they just weren’t strong enough for the heat of a MA summer.

Easy access to west suburbs

This spacious, updated first floor apartment in a historic home was a great place to stay for a family event in the area. Extremely comfortable beds and plenty of towels. A big smart tv in the living room. A short walk to Starbucks, Dunkin, and Star Market. Nice areas to run for exercise. The only downside was the loud floors and noisy footsteps from the apartment above. Keurig and Moka pot but no regular coffee maker.

The apartment was nice spacious and clean. There was enough towels and supply of plates, cups and silverware. The thermostat did not work. The temperature in our apartment was 64. We were told to use small heater to warm up the apartment. It was not working well.
