Spotless and great location!

This place was fabulous. Super super clean, great location for us! (close to Boston Children’s Waltham location)If you are travelling with kids a pack and play and high chair were included in this stay.Huge pros:- Garbage disposal in the kitchen sink- Trash chute a few doors own to dispose of trash easily- Parking - AC- Washer/Dryer in unitThis did not bother us at all but worth noting that the MBTA travels right past this apartment complex (we could see/hear it from our window) however our kids loved it so was great entertainment ha

Nice Apartyment

The apartment was not the one shown in the listing. However, the one we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The property manager's instructions and communication were timely and informative. The location of the apartment is safe and close to many amenities. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic Stay

We loved this apartment! It was perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed having the train station only a few minutes away (short walk) and used it several times to get into Boston. Very easy check-in process with excellent instructions from our host. Very clean and spacious apartment. The guys loved the large TV - great for watching NFL games. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Inserat und Realität

Das Objekt war picobello sauber, nicht das kleinste Stäubchen. Und perfekt ausgestattet, alles was der auflauert in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Leider war aber die Einrichtung überhaupt nicht deckungsgleich mit den wirklich attraktiven Bildern im Inserat. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war total alt und durchgesessen, mit dunkelbraunem Schonbezug drüber und es stank, als hätte der Vorgänger darauf uriniert. Konnte nicht benutzt werden. Das große Bett im Master Schlafzimmer hat bei jeder Bewegung heftige Geräusche gemacht und war wackelig.

Friends in Boston

Our host Mark was sensational! His communication with me was non stop from the time we booked until checkout. He was accommodating to our needs and made sure that we felt at home. The train station was 1 minute away and made our travels into the city so easy. When we visit Boston again , I will contact Mark for a property. Thank you!

Not very comfortable for 5 guests.

I stayed here with my parents, wife and brother. There were two bedrooms which were satisfactory but the additional bed to sleep 5 was a small twin that rested right above the floor. If you are looking to sleep five (two couples and a single) I wouldn’t recommend this listing. This is a apartment building where the 2nd floor units are rented out for short stays. The check in process was easy, and while the host was quick to respond I felt very nickled and dimed being charged for all the extras. The unit is near a train track but I hardly noticed.

Good property, as advertised. Convenient parking and access to Waltham and surrounding areas. A few minor issues that were all quickly addressed by the owner to make an overall good stay.

Nice Place to Stay

This was our first experience staying at a VRBO property and it was a good one. This property was perfect! It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. The convenience to Moody St was great. A 5-minute walk and you are right in the heart of the action. If you have a vehicle there is plenty of parking and a short walk to the train. That being said the train runs right behind the building but we did not find it to be a noise issue at all. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was 100 % what we needed! Very clean. Bedding was great. Quiet and safe. Althuogh it didn't seem to be the exact unit we had hoped for , it was an amazing unit all the same. I would stay here again and recommmend it to any of my friends! Susan Nichols

Waltham Landing

Nice unit, better than most short-term rentals. Nice proximity to great Moody St. restaurants. Train noise was biggest downside. We’re Rey likely to go again in the future if it’s available.

Very nice Condo

This is a lovely condo in a convenient neighborhood. It was well equipped and quite comfortable for our senior group. The elevator was real plus. The big negative is the commuter train that runs right behind the unit and blows the horn very early and very late.

Great location

Mark was extremely responsive and Waltham was the perfect location for everywhere we wanted to go! Great restaurants and walking paths and quick access to Boston via car or train. If you’re staying during the week, just be aware that rail line runs behind the property and they are required to blow whistle as it approaches station. We just kept windows shut and got used to it. We’d rent there again!

This property was convenient, clean and comfortable, It wasn't the one shown on the listing. The only negative was the noise from the street. Mark the manager was very prompt in answering questions.

Nice and quiet building in a lovely and safe neighborhood

Our stay at Mark's place was comfortable and convenient. We were moved from the unit we originally booked to apartment #205 so this review does not apply for this listing, but Mark assured us that all units are pretty close as far as the level of comfort and amenities included. Mark was very easy to communicate with. The building is clean, quiet, has ample amount of free parking (has a parking lot). Access is easy to get in and out, amenities within the apartment are great. Nice appliances, in-unit laundry and a building gym (which isn't super equipped but I got decent workouts nonetheless). I am an artist/muralist and stayed here with another artist while we worked on a project locally (we're both from Chicago). The neighborhood is great with tons of restaurants walking distance from the place, a Trader Joe's nearby (diving distance), and is 20 mins from downtown via a car/Uber. We were two young females staying here and felt very safe. Unit #205 is spacious and has a nice balcony + terrace access which was lovely to enjoy on warmer days. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are quite a few spices, etc. left from previous tenants that you can use if you like. My only complaint is the beds in until #205 are too soft. Not sure if this is the case with all units but if you have any back issues and prefer firm beds, you might not be able to sleep on these beds. I have back issues due to long painting hours I maintain and made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep on the beds for me. Other than that, I would definitely recommend the apartments in this building for short or extended stays!
