Bright and cheery home with a private pool and hot tub with brand new Hayward Omni pool heater. Gorgeous new patio furniture and spacious outdoor space to enjoy the sun! Giant bedrooms and comfy living room. Large dining room table and separate bar with bar seating! Full kitchen set up with double oven, microwave, toaster, keurig, crockpot etc. Come enjoy our special place where you can relax and soak up the sun!
Home is located in Avondale Country Club which is a private neighborhood with 24 hour gate guards and verified entry. Neighborhood is located off of Country Club Dr. and close to many restaurants, Ralphs grocery store, CVS and more!

We are a family that has enjoyed many visits in the desert and finally made the decision to have a permanent oasis to visit. We have worked extremely hard to make this place feel like a home and still give a vacation vibe for you to enjoy. We would love to share our beautiful space with you! Our favorite thing to do is walk the Avondale community loop in the morning (2.4 miles) and take in the gorgeous scenery, then have fresh grapefruit for breakfast from the tree in our yard! And of course happy hour on our patio in the afternoon! And lastly a hot tub to end the night.
Why they chose this property
We love the location and small community feel. Avondale is a 300 home neighborhood which is small and quiet compared to most. We have a tennis/pickleball court and many amenities nearby to enjoy!
