Easy floor plan opens the living space to the sparkling Salt Water Pebble Pool, 6-jet Spa, Pool Cabana, Sunset Lounge and great outdoor area making it easy to enjoy inside/outside California Desert living.

The outdoor living area completed with gas BBQ/Grill with extra gas burner, Covered Patio with comfortable furniture, Large built-in entertainment Bench with Dining Table, Salt Water Pebble Pool & Spa.

Our Sunset Lounge allows to watch breathtaking sunsets up close or have a peaceful morning meditation accompanied by the bird's singing.
Property is set up perfectly for enjoying the desert climate.

Please, note that our outdoor Jacuzzi is Heated to 101F. Dessert climate allows our pool to be naturally sun heated in the range 78-88F between March and October depending on the month. In the winter our pool is NOT heated on the daily basis, but can be heated for additional $95/day.

Our guests will have access to a full laundry room with Washer/Dryer, iron board and steamer.

Home is located in upscale neighborhood, on a beautiful secluded street in Palm Desert, just a couple of miles from Marriott Hotel, Bristol Farms, Whole Foods, Gelsons, new Acrisure Arena, El Paseo and major shopping centers with restaurants and shopping.

Property is surrounded by a privacy wall with lush greens and is fully gated. The property has beautiful desert landscaping with Fruit Trees, organic Herb Garden, with outstanding Mountain Views.

Our fabulous outdoor Pool Cabana has electric outlet so you can enjoy using your computer and other devices outdoors while soaking up the sun and enjoying beautiful mountain views. We have strong WIFI throughout the whole compound and the router is located inside your Casita.

Because we respect your privacy there are no cameras inside or outside the home. We have security camera outside the garage area.

We are sorry, but NO PETS allowed at his property. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Your visitors and guests are welcome for a daytime stay.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Petunia! This property worked perfectly for three couples. The location was great as we were golfing at the nearby Desert Willow resort. Our host Lana was welcoming and very responsive to any questions. We enjoyed the spa and pool in the evenings. Nice neighborhood and private setting.

December bridge tournament

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and a great place to share a meal. The outside is also a great place to hang out in the morning as the sun comes up and in the evening to grill a few steaks and enjoy the sunset. All the beds were comfy and the three bathrooms were clean and private. We will stay there again!

Perfect for six adults

Three couples all agreed the beds were super comfy and we liked having our own bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. At one point the hot tub had a leak by the pump and Lana got someone there immediately. Although we did not spend much time at the house, when we were there is was very comfortable. I’d recommend this property.

Well Stocked & Fantastic Home

Great find for us and we absolutely loved our stay. Apparently owner used to live here before she decided to rent it out and it shows by thoughtful details and warm touches like vegetable gardens, fruit orchid, unique wall decorations and quality décor inside. This is not your typical rental home, it is warm and inviting with good energy. Home was clean, kitchen is very well stocked for cooking, outdoor space is lovely with different sitting areas. This home is very comfortable and we want to book it for our next year stay.

Had a Terrific Weekend

Let me just say that from booking to checkout we were impressed with the management of the rental. The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities you would expect and more. The whole place was clean and inviting. The beds in each of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The pool was clean and the spa was relaxing and hot. My wife and I especially enjoyed the serenity of the backyard and privacy it afforded. We will be back as soon as we can make it out again.

Perfect desert oasis

We had a great stay at the Casa Petunia! The pool and backyard were exactly what some of us wanted in a relaxing pool-filled weekend, while others enjoyed the proximity to shuttle stops to the Power Trip music festival at the polo grounds. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. The TV is enormous and made for a fun movie night. The host was very communicative, and even took the time to stop by to help us locate the tv remote which had been accidentally left in a locked maid closet. We’d definitely book again if we’re back in the area. Thank you Lana and Inna!

Private and peaceful retreat after a long day at the conference.

We were a group of co-workers in Palm Desert for a conference. This house allowed each of us to have our own bed and bath which was great. We would come back each evening and relax in the beautiful hot tub and pool. Lana was great! Very responsive to any questions and communicated in a timely manner. The house was clean and in great condition. All the beds were very comfortable and there is a lot of nice open space in the house. Lots of little touches and details made this a really great place to stay. We had everything we needed. If we are every back in the area, we would definitely stay again!

Paradise!

What a fun and enjoyable property! Pool is beautiful and very clear. We even skipped going out to dinner so we could sit and watch the sunset in the Sunset Lounge. We had 3 couples and appreciated that every bed was King size and bedrooms far from each other. Detached Casita was awesome as it has its own mini kitchen and dining area so in the morning we did not need to disturb our late sleeping friends in the main house. I highly recommend this property and feel that we found a gem. Location is quiet and the neighborhood is walkable with pretty trees and upscale houses.

Fantastic Home!

I booked this property for my family coming to town. So happy that we found this home. Pictures do not do justice; it is much better in person. Views are great and pool is fun. We had to pay extra for pool heating which was well worth it in December. Ahh, and those views are amazing! There is a large hawk living in the tall tree outside and my parents enjoyed watching him some mornings along with waking up to a bird singing. Feels like paradise. Great location close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Well stocked, beds are comfortable and living room has enough sitting for our party of 6 plus couple of guests. Thanks for a great stay!
