Sea Winds 40 - Oceanfront Delight- Unit 40 has some of the best views in St Augustine Beach and has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3 balconies and patio. When you enter on the 1st floor you will be greeted by 2 guest bedrooms, 2 baths and the laundry area. The first bedroom has 2 full size beds and access to a full bath in the hallway. The second bedroom has a King bed, ensuite full bath and private patio with views of the sand dunes and coastal vegetation. Head up to the second floor and let the views "wow" you from the living area and ocean front patio. You will also find the kitchen (with both Keurig and drip coffee pots), a half bath, and dining on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is devoted to a large master bedroom suite with King size bed, private master bath, large walk-in closet and 3rd story deck of its own with a more elevated, panoramic view of the ocean. There is also private driveway for ONE car with plenty of visitor parking. No access to garage. Sea Winds is a gated community nestled off of A1A Beach Blvd. and has access to a pool, and hot tub. Sea Winds 40

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was lovely. Loved the view on the top floor balcony and how close it was to the beach and to historic St Augustine. Sovereign was always helpful with any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again if we plan another trip to St Augustine Beach
