This is a 3-story townhome-style condo. The layout makes you feel like you are in a single unit home as there are no neighbors above or below you. As you enter from the garage, you must go up a staircase to get to the living room and kitchen. The master bedroom and guest room are up on the 3rd floor. There is not an elevator and we do not recommend this property to people that have a difficult time with stairs or small children.

Bedroom Configuration:
• There are a total of 7 beds with the ability to sleep 9 people total. The master bedroom has a king bed. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed. The downstairs bedroom has a triple bunk bed and a 2 lounge chairs that convert to twin beds.
• Bedroom 1: King Bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
• Bedroom 3: Twin Bunk Bed, Twin Trundle Bed, (2) Convertible Twin Chair Beds

Bathrooms:
• The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a spacious shower.
• The guest bedroom has its own ¾ bathroom.
• The kitchen/living room level has a ½ bathroom.
• There is no bathroom on the bottom level (bunk room), but the kitchen/living room ½ bath is not too far away and just up the stairs directly outside the room. We stock /plenty of toilet paper as well as hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

A fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary desires.
