The house boasts of a beautiful double deck and spacious rooms. ADT alarm system for your safety and convenience, smart lock access and even Air purification systems installed in the HVAC system during these post pandemic times. This home is connected to another townhome as well and has onsight parking limit two cars so all neighbors can comfortably park and live.

This is the dingiest place ever! The place was photoshopped and is nothing as what is in the pictures. The whole place is shabby old and smells of dampness. Appliances are not working and oven is dirty! Please don’t let the pictures fool you!!!

Pictures shown online are well staged. It is clearly a property in progress with noticeable wear and tear. I could live with that. What was troubling was when I reported a safety concern that the exterior door to the third floor balcony did not lock and the outer door had a broken lock mechanism, leaving the property insecure, I was told to get over it by the owner. Said someone would need a 3 story ladder to access it, so no big deal. You can actually access that balcony from second floor deck immediately below. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, especially the ones left out including another access door that is boarded up with a piece of1x2. No idea if that doorconnected to unit below, but again some questionable choices made by owner that were not disclosed in listing. Clearly not interested in safety, do not bring your family there.
