Check-in was smooth and the hosts were responsive to messages. The kitchen has almost all you need for simple meals, which i appreciated. The home has large rooms and the half-bath is conveniently located off the living room. Its located close to downtown as advertised and there are multiple options for eating out, and grocey stores to get supplies from. We enjoyed our stay there!

Great property. Clean and good location. Not hard to find at all. Please be careful with driveway. I wouldn’t attempt at all. First try was successful, second try I gotta go to the body shop.

Great stay!

This place was perfect for our overnight trip to Atlanta. Very easy to get around, many fun places and restaurants within minutes from the rental. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was a breeze. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great location close to downtown. Great place to stay for a night downtown.

The property was super cute Very clean, homey. Actually loved the inside of the house and the front porch and lawn. Super cute. The driveway is not “all” car friendly in any way Unless you drive a SUV or a truck, your bumper scrapes And it’s nice and all, having a lot to park in otherwise, but incredibly inconvenient Sorry, because to unload, one has to walk all the way around the fence verses pulling and a few short steps to the front door. And lastly, it’s in a ghetto. Questionable people were constantly walking by repeatedly, staring at us, back and forth, & it felt uncomfortable to say the least. I reiterate, the house was so nice. So well kept and clean and super cute But had I known the neighborhood I was staying in, I wouldn’t have booked. You get 3 stars for the area because the house was super cute You lost 2 stars for misinformed information People need to know your house is in a ghetto

I appreciate the communication via the app . That was helpful. I am not from the state or area so i had no idea about the neighborhood or what to expect.The driveway is very narrow ,in case you have a truck or SUV, but you can park in a lot a few feet away from the house. I didn't want to take a chance with a rental and do that given the neighborhood.I should have asked weeks ago about the beds! They all were very firm - i didn't not sleep well, neither did my son at all until my return back home to NJ. My preference is a soft plush mattress but ,the beds were clean. We were extremely cold the 1st night as the temperature was on AC but i sent a message and they were able to accomodate the next day which was nice .The house looked bigger in photos , than in person but we didn't hang out inside the home much.There were a swarm of flies at the green trash can outside ,and around the porch and spiders throughout the house,( both showers )hair in the bathroom which wasnt either color of our hair ,so I assumed it's not occupied daily ?. All in all its a well put together house, that could use some minor upgrades

Property was clean, great communication w/owner 21 min to Braves Truist Stadium / min from Mercedes-Benz Stadium Furniture in LR and the dining table is different than in picture (suggest pix to be updated) Driveway was a tight fit for larger SUV,, compact car would be fine Area for house is in compact neighborhood & at night, noisy with busy road, first responder activity, etc.; abandoned building close by w construction
