There are 2 bedrooms each with walk in closets, plus an office/den that can be used as a third bedroom with a Murphy Bed, 2 full baths, fully furnished kitchen, a laundry room and 2 balconies. This condo also includes a two-car garage, additional guest parking and water softener. Enjoy beautiful Sunrises from the back covered private balcony overlooking the Golf Course. The gated community of Bella Monte offers 3 heated pools and spas, fitness facilities, community center and gorgeous views of the mountains and golf course. This home is perfect for a monthly vacation rental, or long-term executive lease. Depending on the length of stay and time of year the terms of your stay may be negotiable. For short term rental, all utilities are included. For a Long term lease, partial utilities are included.
