Loved staying here! Close to baseball and restaurants but didn’t feel like we were downtown.House was very clean and the host was very accommodating

I have lived most of my life in North Central Phoenix. I enjoy that the surrounding neighborhoods still have grass, irrigation, and citrus trees.

What makes this property unique

This townhome is unique in that every bedroom has its own private bathroom. It is solid block and reminiscent of Brownstones you fine back East. The rooftop deck offers gorgeous views of the valley. The central location cannot be beat with its proximity to freeways you can get anywhere in the valley quickly.
