Wonderful hosts from Beginning to end! The property is located in such a tranquil and picturesque part of the mountain… its simply breathtaking. The jacuzzi pool is an excellent spot to cool down, relax and unwind. I cant say enough about how great the entire experience was. Cant wait to come back.

Excellent getaway

The property is beautiful with everything you may need, the owner super communicative and tending to our needs. Very convenient he lives nextdoor, he greeted us as we came in late and always had good spirits. Bed was very comfortable and everything was in order. Loved the 360 view of all Rincon: from sunrise to sunset, will definitely will be back!!!

“A true sample of excellent hospitality!”

Without doubt one of my favorite hotels! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Clear view of the sunrise every morning from bed-what a nice way to wake up. A great pool and patio for cook out. My first trip to Puerto Rico; Rincon was the perfect town to enjoy the beaches, people and food. I would highly recommend to anyone who loves food, beaches and nice people!

I love the ambiance created by the owner of this fantastic Villa. Fernando, the inkeeper is extremely helpful with everything we needed and the incredible admosphere we experienced is priceless. The Terraces January Rincon Stay

The Terraces are a special place. The mountain view on one side and beach views on the other. Spa to work out in. Centrally located, made it very easy to explore all that Rincon has to offer. We were greeted by fresh Cooky's Mangos and Dito's parents made our stay even more enjoyable. We were very sad to have to leave.

We enjoyed staying at The Terraces at Rincon. Fernando always had a smile on his face and was availiable whenever we had a question or a need. Finding the property was a bit of a challange even with our GPS but after calling and talking to Fernando we were able to find the location. The accomaditions were wonderful and we had a great time searching out the beaches and restaurants in the area, we definately recommend Steps Beach for snorkeling and the food at the outside food trailer was good and well priced. We were also able to rent our snorkel things there. Thank you for adding to our wonderful vacation

Beautiful home with an incredible view of the mountains and sea! Lovely getaway!!!

This home was the perfect location!!! It was tucked away in the mountains, so it had a very quiet and peaceful feel, yet was still just a short drive from delicious restaurants, beautiful beaches, and Rincón's town square! After a busy day out, it was nice to come home to this relaxing place, sit out on the deck, and listen to the coquis!!! It was so tastefully furnished and felt very cozy, but definitely not cramped! Also, the home displayed absolutely breathtaking views of the town of Rincón, as well as Puerto Rico's beautiful mountains and beaches! Such a special place! Also, the owner was extremely helpful and gave us many suggestions of what to do during our stay! Overall, we had a wonderful time at The Terraces at Rincón and we hope to be back soon!!!

GORGEOUS VIEW.....

I love the property very peaceful.....The beds where excellent. My family and I arrived on Easter Sunday so cleaning service was not available but was cleaned by property manager very nice guy but had to do a little more cleaning myself. The terrace was not available which was one of the top most why I rented I was not told that it would not be available so greatly disappointed on that aspect .Also it says steps away from beach it's more like 10 minute drive from it. But otherwise it was a beautiful view very small and cozy great beds which is a very important in case anyone would like to know.

AMAZING PROPERTY!!!!

Spent winter break at The Terraces at Rincon with my family and had the best vacation ever!! The house and grounds are so beautiful. The pool is great!! Everyday we had a great sunrise facing the mountains and beautiful sunsets every evening facing the ocean!! The suites are gorgeous and so comfortable. Rincon is a gem of a town! Glorious beaches, fabulous food and warm people every where you go. Fernando and Dido are wonderful host! Spent lots of time having BBQ's with New Friends and New Year's Eve was wonderful!!! Fireworks and a night sky full of stars that seemed you could almost touch them !!! I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK !!!! I highly recommend The Terraces at Rincon!! Great place for a family reunion! Lots of rooms for rent and something to do for everyone !!! Thanks again Dido and Fernando! Hope to see you both Very, Very Soon!!!!!!

AMAZING, STUNNING

Simply amazing! The views are spectacular and the home is SO comfortable!! My husband and I were in another part of Puerto Rico and heard amazing things about Rincon, so we wanted to check it out for the last 3 days of our vacation. We are SO glad we did!! I called and spoke with the owner (whom we then met during our stay!) and we went the following night! The Owner and the Property Manager, we friendly, personable and kind! During our short stay we grilled and had cocktails with them!! The home is on top of the hill and it is SO quiet and peaceful! Out the front you see the ocean and the back view is lush and green! At night the stars are so close and the lights in the hills out back, make you feel like it's fireflies on the distance! The home is very clean, and decorated very nice. Everything we needed was already available in our Petite Suite. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to experience Rincon! The people, the food and the oceans are all worth returning too!! We WILL be returning!

A fine alternative to a beachfront location.

This two-bedroom apartment is large, modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a large balcony offering a panoramic view of the mountains to the east, and a master bedroom with a high view of the ocean to the west. (For an even better ocean view at sunset, step out to the road.) Both bedrooms are large, with tinted windows and quiet, highly efficient air-conditioning. Although the apartment is not directly on the water, the drive downhill to the center of Rincon takes only about 5 minutes, and we were able to enjoy a wide variety of beaches, restaurants, parks, towns, and other attractions in western PR during our stay. The manager, who lives in another apartment on the property, is very friendly and attentive, and the owner is very helpful and communicative via email. An exercise room is available downstairs. You can easily dine out every night (the TripAdvisor restaurant rankings are helpful, and we particularly liked Red Flamboyan), but if you'd like to eat in and have drinks on the balcony, be sure to buy some groceries at Edwards or Econo in Rincon, and pick up some roasted meats, fruits and vegetables from the roadside stands. You'll have a wonderful time.

Perfect Honeymoon Stay: An Incredible View

It seems like an exaggeration to say that /everything/ was perfect about our stay at The Terraces, but my wife and I just tried to brainstorm for anything negative about the suite or our overall experience and we couldn't think of a thing. From the very start, communicating with Dujardin (the owner) via both phone and email was very friendly and professional and gave us a lot of confidence. He responds really quickly to questions! :] Even when I asked about some alternate directions. The ones that he gave are perfect, even if they seem a little complex at first -- turns out that once you're drivin' up/through the mountains, all of the directions make perfect sense. When we arrived at our suite, we just breathed a huge sigh of happiness -- exactly what we were hoping to see after a day of travel that followed a busy week of wedding crazies. The place was clean, orderly, and just... comfortable. Wifi info was on a post-it right on the table. The rooms were full of charm and the bathroom is impeccably designed (even down to the totally pleasant polished-wood toilet seat. Seriously) and way big. And by clean, I mean that we did not find any sand anywhere. Which is incredible for a place patronized by beach vacationers. As we stayed our week, we found everything as advertised (hair dryer and towels and soap and other amenities, even some laundry detergent so we could do some towel washin'). You'll definitely want a car to get to/from town and beaches and etc, which are really not all that far away... it's a good mile up a windy and steep mountain road to get to the Terrace. But once you get up there... the view is well worth the ascent. The porch or "terrace" looks out over the surrounding mountain areas. Because you're up high, just opening up windows means you get natural cooling (we probably turned on the AC twice in one week). In the evening, everyone out in the mountains turns on their lights, and it's like a second star-scape. Eating meals or having juice out on the porch is one of our favorite memories. The innkeeper/housekeeper Fernando was super friendly and was easy to get a hold of. We actually ended up hanging out together on one or two occasions, and we got to meet some of his friends, as well -- and /that/ was a blast. It'd be nice to meet the owner Dujardin sometime, and maybe we will! Whenever we visit Rincon again, we know where we'll stay. Already dreaming of maybe bringing some family and friends and renting up more units.

Amazing Views !

Our host, Dujardin, greeted us upon arrival and showed us all the facilities. Everything was extremely clean. AC units in both bedrooms worked great. Upstairs Terrace common area has spectacular 360 views, lovely setting with hammocks and tables. Several common areas to seat and relax. The pool is very relaxing and has massge jets and is part shaded. House is up a hill, about 5 minute car ride from Rincón city center. Would like to come back with more family next time.

Beautiful!!

The pictures do not do the property justice! This property is amazing so close to the beautiful town! The only reason I am giving 4 star is because the main room with the tv and kitchen does not have a air conditioner so needless to say it was hot and yes you could open the doors for a nice breeze at night of wanted but we got eaten alive due to no screens and we also had a toddler.. The bedrooms had air conditioning but no televisions so it was hard after a day out in the heat to come back and relax with the family and watch television with no air conditioning yes they do have the fans on the ceilings but a air conditioner in the living room or televisions in the bedrooms would of made our trip 100% perfect. Also we did not really haves any issues with the Wi-Fi until another couple or family came then we couldn’t even watch a show on our laptop or phones it bearly worked. Our family had a great experience and enjoy ourselfs as I said if the air conditioning was in the living room or a television in the bedrooms and the Wi-Fi got fixed this would absolutely would be our go to location hands down.

Clean property, spacious rooms with a lot to offer (Full Kitchen, Comfortable Beds, Sufficient air conditioning, bath & beach towels, beach chairs, parking, satellite TV w Netflix, pool, outdoor sitting areas, private balcony with a great view, top terrace - great for lounging and sunsets, just 2 miles from active town/Rincon, close proximity to beaches and supermarket, plenty of restaurant choices and very gracious and accommodating Host and Property Manager. Relax nd fun getaway

Cruces place is the perfect spot to stay for a fun and relax vacation. It is located very close to town, so we had restaurants, shops, bars and groceries stores just a few minutes away. The apartment was very comfortable, it included everything needed for a vacation stay. We cooked, rest, enjoyed Rincon beaches, horseback riding and snorkeling at Tres Palmas reserve and at night enjoyed Cruces upper terrace which have an amazing view of Rincon.

Such a magical stay!

I love every little detail of this villa! From the hosts who are extremely friendly, the cleanliness of the place, I could see the sunrise from my bed and the sunset from the top of the apartments!!! The villas have everything you need and the pool OH MY! It was fabulous!!! The place also has a very well equipped gym, perfect for a quick workout before jumping in the pool. The bed was extremely comfortable, hot shower, A/C, and much more! The restaurants and beaches are 5 minutes away also, so the location is just perfect! Without a doubt I am coming back with my entire family soon! Thank you so much for everything ❤
