Family Beach Bash

The property was located on a quiet side street, just off the main road in Little River. Dolphin tours and the casino riverboat are walking distance (3 minutes). The outdoor seating gave a nice place to relax and spend time together while cooking on the grill or sitting around a fire. Wonderful place for our joint family vacation to celebrate a birthday.

Beach Vacay

My family of 9 stayed here for our annual beach vacation. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of room for all of us and the kids to play. The owner was very quick and helpful for any questions we had. One suggestion would be more options for pots and pans for larger families. It was a good place to stop and relax.

Quiet family trip

Overall the property and host were great. The neighborhood was quiet and it was close to a lot of restaurants. The beach wasnt far either. Nice place for a family vacation. There were only a few problems like poison ivy/ oak in the yard and the beds down stairs weren't comfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Close to water and attractions

We are a family of six with four teanagers in tow. Anyone who has this many children must understand that keeping them happy is a challenge (daily. Haha). However, this property fit all of our needs quite nicely. I was able to stock the kitchen and cook inside and grill outside "at home." We were able to hang outside with extended family one day with ample space. My girls were able to take morning walks down to the waterfront as we felt like the area was super safe for them to do so. My boys had their own space and bathroom upstairs (thank goodness!). We were a short drive to the beach, broadway at the beach, golf, and dining options. We rate places by whether we would return and this is a five star location and space for us. I highly recommend this house if you have a family in tow. Lastly, the owners were super friendly and responsive as well. Our travel plans changed last minute due to a soccer tournament and the owner was totally understanding of our later than expected arrival situation. I would rent this house again 😀
