*Neat and quiet 2BR bedroom apartment

*on the ground floor

* 1 king bed and 2 queen beds.

*Can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guest.

*Kitchen fully equipped

*dining area.

*Large bedroom with backyard access. *Washer and dryer in the unit.



Guest Access:

*Outdoor pool. Indoor pool. Grilling area. Free parking.

*Pool key available in the kitchen drawer. In case for loss of the key there is a $100 fee.

*No mailbox for this location.

* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)

*Please review my house rules.

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.

*Pets are NOT allowed.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Everything was great. Quiet area not far from North Myrtle Beach(less than 10 minute drive). I felt safe to let my granddaughters walk to the indoor pool unaccompianed. Was always able to park right at the door to our unit. The kitchen appliances all in good working condition and all the necessities with the exception of food(lol), of course were available. Great amount of living space to include patio. Host was always available for any questions.
