This affordable, ground-floor unit boasts a spacious, open-concept, island-inspired living and dining area with tiled floors throughout and plenty of seating. The bright white kitchen features a breakfast bar and a stacked washer and dryer—so no post-vacation laundry waits for you at home. The inviting Master Bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds, making it perfect for a family or two couples. Sleeps 6.

$100 - 1 Pet Allowed, 35 lbs or under. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats!

This was a very nice place for our family of 4 & small dog. I can't believe we forgot to use the boogie boards and sand toys but it was great to have them. And the board games were nice. Even though the back yard can be shared with others it was fairly big for walking our dog. The heated pool was a big bonus because we was able to enjoy it at night.

We loved how close we were to the beach! The place was clean and airy. The furniture was comfortable although we did not use it much. We especially loved the pavers and table outside. A perfect place for a shady dinner and listening to the Gulf of America!

Our group of 2 adults and a 12 year-old girl stayed in this condo in June 2026. We enjoyed being on the first floor with no stairs. You can't see the gulf from the unit, but it was an easy walk to the private beach. The entrance to the beach is secured by a locked door, so make sure you get the code from the management company. There is beach service available but you have to pay for it. Otherwise you have to set your chairs up behind the beach service chairs. The 12 year-old traveling with us enjoyed the heated pool. The kitchen was well stocked (although it doesn't have a pizza pan or cookie sheet) and it was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. The coffee makers (both drip and Keurig) and fridge ice maker worked well. The bedding and towels looked fresh and clean. Plenty of hot water and the water pressure was perfect. Things that prevented a 5 star review: Ant traps in the kitchen (yuck!), and there was no way to access Netflix or Amazon Prime from the living room TV - only basic cable.

Excellent location! Easy walk to the beach, also very close to the pool. Nice to have a washer/dryer in unit. Condo is a little dated but the pictures are accurate. It was very clean which is the most important thing to us. Would rent here again.

Nice vacation rental

This property offered a clean, accommodating stay in a nice location directly across from the beach and a local restaurant. Parking is close, secure and easy to access. We were very pleased with this property rental. Highly recommended.

We stayed For four days at this location, the house is very well stocked with everything you need. Only suggestion would be for the amount of days to have more dish washer soap, toilet paper and trash bags available very nice furnished house beds are comfortable. I would stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay!

Pros: Super Clean, Convenient, and Accomodating Spring break for my daughter and her friend became a major success in part due to this place. Cons: NO internet. It exists, but no connection strong enough or one that would remain for any duration of time. I am tech savvy so I understand how to connect and troubleshoot. Additionally, even though it couldn’t run it, the TV options could be updated since they’re cheaper now for the sizes in this location. However, be prepared to use and buy tons of data for the phone because I had to hotspot to remote work. There was also a slight crack in the front door that you can see through out and in. Sounds major, but the location isn’t sketchy enough that it bothered us honestly. Noise due to proximity to bar/restaurant locations, birds, and other renters was pretty consistent but fixed with sound machine for sleeping. It genuinely was a good location that could use the most minor of TLC to fully bring it up to speed. I would 100% choose this location again.

The place is very old. The bed was very uncomfortable and very old mattress the shower. The shower was clapped the dishes. It was all stain and rusty. The only thing it was good was the washer and the refrigerator the outdoor table it was very old and rusty I don’t think I’ll recommend anybody in that case to visit.
