Large beautiful home

Managers were very kind and responded quickly. The house is beautiful. Will stay again.

Family Holiday

The property was as described. We had a few issues for example the stove didn’t work upon our arrival but by Tuesday we had a new stove to use. The kids did enjoy the game room and the amenities in the neighborhood were great! We had lots of room for everyone and the beds were comfortable. The manager was easy to communicate with and did resolve our issues. We would rent this home again.

Beautiful

Such a beautiful place to stay! Fully recommend it to everyone who wants to come and spend family time together. This home exemplified easy check in, cleanliness and family oriented amenities for everyone. Just simply amazing! It was my granddaughter’s 6th birthday and she loved Elsa, which the Elsa bedroom was the surprise highlight for her and 3yr old granddaughter. A magical experience alongside with a trip to Magic Kingdom! Also the game room and pool was a blast too! Great pick for a Great stay! Would like to come back soon!

Family Vacation

Overall, the house was spacious and clean. The kids loved the game room. The biggest issue was that the dishwasher didn’t work. When you press the start button, it acts like it’s going to start then starts to beep and flash. The other issue was the refrigerator that didn’t get cold enough to make ice or keep the ice cream frozen. When I notified the management, they just asked me to send a picture. The sofa kept coming apart and one leg was wobbly and eventually came off. Overall, we had a nice stay but had to buy disposable plates and had no ice for our drinks. The freezer didn’t get cold so we couldn’t even buy a bag of ice. For a party of 12 people ranging from 3 on up these issues made a difference in our comfort. Check in was okay with no issues.

Spring Break 2025

Our overall experience was fun with lots of activities for the kids, both in the house and at the community areas. We stayed 8 nights, but it wasn’t until the 5th night when the weather turned cooler that we wanted the hot tub heated. Even though we had 3 nights left, apparently we didn’t fall into the “3 consecutive nights” to allow for a heated hot tub. Also, the dishwasher’s water didn’t heat hot enough to dissolve the soap pods. We ended up hand washing most of the dishes all week.
