Welcome to Edgewater Tower I Unit #505, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom Gulf front condo located in Panama City Beach, Florida. This fifth-floor condo is part of one of the area’s only full-service beachfront resorts, Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort and offers beautiful views of the Gulf and the resort’s expansive tropical pool deck from the living area and private, furnished balcony. With a spacious layout and access to a long list of amenities, this condo is a great choice for a relaxing and fun-filled beach getaway.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick beach snack or cook a full gourmet meal during your stay. With plenty of counter space, a dining area with built-in buffet and a breakfast bar, there’s room for everyone to gather and enjoy time together.

This upscale condo sleeps up to six guests with two private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and a quiet space to unwind at the end of the day. The second bathroom is Jack and Jill style, with access from both the hallway and the second bedroom, ideal for guests sharing the space. A washer and dryer are also provided in the unit for added convenience during your stay.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort offers a wide range of resort amenities, including multiple pools, hot tubs, a splash area for kids, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, shuffleboard and a fitness center. Very nice condo

Enjoyed our stay! Condo is nicely furnished and of course the Gulf view is outstanding! Enjoy the Edgewater Resort have stayed several years, first time in this unit. Would definitely use again. Property manager was quick to respond and very friendly. Had a smoke detector chirping and they handled it efficiently. Great trip!

There was a large hole in the wall on the balcony and one of the large screens was off the rails.Also, the sheets do not fit the master bed. The fitted sheet kept popping off the bed corners and the flat sheet and comforter barely covered the bed top, did not wrap over the sides.

What You Expect

We waited an hour before finally getting ahold of the front desk to get in the condo. I was told the code would be sent to me when the room was cleaned. We were then told that I hadn't paid, which wasn't true. A mess later we got it. This is exactly what I expect from a company owned rental. The toilets hardly flush, the washer leaked everywhere when we tried to use it, and it generally needed a touch up. It worked for what we needed but I will make sure to rent from a personally owned condo next time.

Good but not great!

Renting the place was easy, it was a great location and we loved the amenities of the resort. However, the cleanliness of the place, especially in this day in age, was below par and there were a few maintenance issues. With all that said, we still enjoyed ourselves and would come back to this resort.

Great location!

We love this resort! We stayed on the 5th floor and never had to wait for an elevator unlike other places we’ve stayed. The pool was great and quick, easy beach access. My only complaint was the spacing between the bars of all the balcony railings are very wide. Made me very uneasy with a curious 2 year old. However, we would definitely come back! Condo was nice and clean.
