Overall the house was good. I am a house cleaner so maybe a little more particular but the floors were not clean, the toilet has a leak therefore kept filling all night and could hear the water running. The extra blankets were appreciated. Owner was responsive when contacted for information. We were first time VRBO users
We were in town for a girls basketball tournament and enjoyed the cleanliness and location of this property. Check-in was very easy and the property was clean and had all of the necessities.
This Bnb was by far the best choice we made coming to the area. The house was clean, there were plenty of amenities in both the kitchen and bathroom, and all furniture was comfortable. The host was great and got in contact right away if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here.
The host was very helpful and a very good communicator and The property was very nice, while it is located in one of the typical residential areas in La Crosse they have spent a lot of effort inside the condo and it has all the amenities you could want.

Thanks for letting us host your stay! We hope to have you back sometime in the future 😊
Property manager was always in touch and answered back almost immediately. Nice clean place with enough room for at least 6 people comfortably (we had 2). Had everything you need as well as off street parking.
The space was just what we needed for a quick stay. Plenty of room. Great equipped kitchen. Loaded coffee bar. Great communication with property manager. Don’t judge a book by the cover.
Our stay was perfect. The host is kind and responsive. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It was clean, had a cute layout, and the kitchen has a ton of little amenities like ice machine, keurig, air fryer, etc. I was able to bring my pet and there’s a cute little fenced in yard which worked great for dog potty breaks. Location is close to many places to eat and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

Thanks for having us host your stay & leaving everything in perfect condition. We definitely welcome you back anytime 😊
Small but has everything you would need. The foldaway bed didn’t work very well so keep that in mind if you need more than three beds. The rest of the beds were fine.
We were in town for a concert at Copeland Park. The apartment is only a few blocks away, so we were able to walk, saving us from searching for a parking spot. The apartment is very nicely remodeled and made for a comfortable place to call home for the night.
A very clean and relaxing place to stay. The appliances seemed to be newer. A couple of things I would say they need to work on would be: the towels seem a little rough, there was no tea or coffee packets, and the pots and pans are lacking. Overall would stay there again!!

We did not stay at this property as the minute we opened the door it reeked of pot and dog. We were discussed with the coaches and and smell.

Jodi -
I understand of the inconvenience of having to find another place for the night, however you were immediately fully refunded even though you showed to check in half an hour prior to check in with the complaint. There are 3 other units in the building in which I do not maintain or have control over so as mentioned, the issue of the pot smell was definitely reported to all owners! I really don’t feel publicly shaming the property is appropriate.
Best of wishes!

Comfortable
Low income neighborhood but nice place once inside. Other people living in house are loud. Toilet runs almost all the time. The toilet seat came off twice. Heater in master bedroom is loud when sleeping. No wifi.

There is definitely WiFi - details were never requested, my apologies for not sending automatically as well as loudness from neighbors. There has been a lot of transitions in the neighborhood which are improving daily. Thanks for the feedback & was a pleasure to host your stay!
Not knowing there was No heat would have been nice. We found space heaters, but it took a bit to heat the house up.After coming in off of a very chilly motorcycle ride, it was hard to know if space heaters were the only option. There was no guidebook so we were unsure of the expectations/requirements for heating the place.Overall, place was as advertised but be misunderstood that the couch was not a pull out bed. We made it work.

Disaster
Fly infested Master Bedroom, no linen for role away bed - which was communicated to be a Murphy bed, drawer full of nine millimeter hollow point bullets. Due to the fly infestation, lack of linen and live ammo we were forced to find alternative accommodations.
