This is a very unique property in a unique fishing village. Three balconies, rooftop deck, and beach side Palapas all add to the ambiance of this Mexican Get Away. Floors and finishings are all marble and granite. The complex is very private with a beautiful beach directly in front of the property. It is modern and very well maintained. Pool and Whirlpool are located directly in front of the property. The village of Puerto Morelos is very small and features many unique and excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities where you can relax and enjoy the culture & climate all within walking distance from the condo..

The overall place was clean although there are bugs minus have no food left out. The beds were very comfortable. The couch could have been better. The freezer needed defrosted. There was hardly any water pressure in the guest bathroom. We had to wash our hair in the sink. I've stayed at this complex several times, and know a few of the owners. Again, it wasn't horrible, and I will stay again. There just needs a few adjustments. I love having the washer and dryer.

Best pool ever! It has waterfalls for pleasing sound and a bridge to stay out of the sunshine so you won’t burn. The bed was so comfy and we enjoyed watching tv when sun drove us indoors. Highly recommended.

Very Large Condo, 2 masters bedrooms w/bathrooms & a Half bath. Well stocked kitchen with Huge Fridge/Freezer. The BEST POOL in PM! Grounds very well kept. Hope for quiet neighbors b/c it can get loud! Water pressure is bad but you do get Hot water after awhile. Good WiFI. Owner very responsive, minor adjustments to be made with TV/Streaming services (ie. Professional updates/add a sound bar). Beach accessories should be replaced. All in all a great stay & would love to return.

We did not want to leave this slice of heaven. Perfect location away from the little town on a quiet street but close enough to walk in to town. It had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating. would love to stay again!

Love This Place!

This was our second stay at the condo. We had another great time. I think the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean is our favorite spot. The location is perfect for walking everywhere

This is our second time staying at Anne’s condo. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store. Loved the 2 balconies with a great view of the sea. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, complex, and location!

We loved our stay at Anne‘s condo. It had everything we needed and more. The indoor space was clean and bright, and we really appreciate the balconies on either side of the condo, two with an ocean view, and the other facing the town. The pool and grounds were nicely looked after and we especially loved sitting on the loungers under palapas by the ocean. If given the opportunity, we would love to stay here again!

Family vacation

Fantastic apartment and location

Apartment and location was great. It was only a 10-15 min walk to the centre of Puerto Morelos while also having the benefit of the beach and pool right on your doorstep. Also a great beach club next door for food and drinks and another one only 250m away. No complaints at all about the apartment. Spacious and very clean and the owner was very responsive with any queries

This property is owned by 3 couples from Minnesota and North Dakota and Arizona who fell in love with this little community on the Yucatan. Owning a condo gives us an opportunity to enjoy the area ourselves as well is making it available for others to enjoy. It has become a favorite vacation spot for each of our families. We are hoping to get a photo of all of us soon. For right now, this is a photo of Dave and Anne on a very rare beautiful Minnesota Autumn day.

Why they chose this property

There is so many things that we love about this condo. It's stunning view, modern features, spacious rooms, multiple decks on both sides of the condo, and direct access to both pool and ocean all are part of what drew us here.
