From the hot tub to the game room everything was as expected and provided a great home based for our family with plenty of space. Would definitely come back.
The property was very clean and welcoming. The mountains were absolutely beautiful as was the cabin. We really enjoyed the air hockey and pool table so plenty to do for the entire family. Would highly recommend to future visitors.
Family enjoyed our time. Our cabin was at the end of the property which was nice. After spending the day at Gatlinburg, it was nice to hang out and play pool/air hockey/and chill in the hot tub. We look forward to returning.
Our stay in this Gatlinburg cabin was absolutely perfect! The moment we walked in, we were blown away by how cozy and well-kept everything was. It was amazing
Location was perfect! It was tucked back in a corner, but close enough to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! The cabin was the perfect size to share with friends. The upstairs gaming kept the kids busy, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, enough space for two families with kids, and was clean. Only complaint is it was a bit loud in the cabin, as you can hear everything happening upstairs when you are downstairs and vice versa, and the stairs are very noisy. Would recommend for a mountain getaway!!
We were very happy with this property! It was just like described in the listing and in a wonderful location.

Beautiful place, easy to get to and right where we needed to be for a basketball tournament. Had some issues, the upstairs shower is almost inoperable due to the broken faucets, the towel rack fell off of the wall, there is mildew in the tub and the shower doors are filthy. There cobwebs all over the place more than a foot long, as well as debris in the heat vents. The heat is set at 70 and it is blowing cold air. The fireplace is nonfunctional. One of the arcade games seems to be shorting out. Sent emails and only received one response letting us know that they would look into the issue.
We had 7 people, 4 adults, 3 kids, had plenty of room. The game room was great! Very convenient location, close to everything. We had 2-3 inches of snow on check out day, the manager gave us extra time to make sure we could get out. We did fine, the resort takes great care of the roads in snowy weather.we will definitely be back!!
Upon arrival we immediately noticed sticky floors. We picked this cabin as we have 6 children and wanted them to have the games for entertainment. The air hockey table was missing the puck. Contacted management and they said they would order one which of course did not arrive during our stay. Another arcade game wouldn’t work at all. Made strange noises when plugged up. EVERY piece of furniture is TERRIBLE!! Not a comfortable place to even sit in the whole place! This made for a very rough stay. Cabin itself is pretty but everything inside needs major updating! One of the worst, if not the worst, place we have stayed as a family.
The location is very close to downtown. The photos make it look more secluded that it actually is, which is packed in with lots of other rental cabins. The space was generally good for us (family of 7). However, it was not well furnished. The sleeper sofas did not have any blankets, just sheets. They did not supply any extra trash bags, sponge, only two dishwasher packs, some utensils missing, etc. You will need to bring everything if you plan to use the kitchen at all. The "fireplace" in the main living room did not work. It seemed decently clean but I tried not to look too hard. The beds were comfortable but the mattress cover crinkles when you move. Overall the cabin smelled musty. Trash has to be driven to a dumpster. The sliding glass doors and frame in the downstairs bathroom fell on me while getting out of the shower. The whole thing came down. The contact phone number on the refrigerator was listed the previous owner. A maintenance person did come the following day (Thanksgiving) to remove the broken sliding doors and put up a shower curtain rod. They also refunded a night's stay after we contacted the owner. I would not stay here again.
The property was great for us. We had a very relaxing time. Close to downtown. We loved the firepit and used it each night. Hot tub was nice too. I did not like the livingroom tv. We could not get local channels.
We loved everything about our stay. The cabin was lovely. The bed was so comfortable. The hot tub was amazing. SO close to downtown Gatlinburg, but still felt “out in the woods.”My biggest wish for our trip was to see live bears and we did! We hope to come back again next year!
This is such a small thing and not really a complaint. More of a suggestion. Maybe stock the closets with some hangers so that guests can hang their clothes. Most people don’t travel with them.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin!
No Internet! And don't believe the listing that itnhas anything to do with it being a remote cabin or that it "may not" work. Here are the other things wrong...
1) No Spatula
2) No Internet
3) No ability to watch TV
4) No working fireplaces
5) Can't have packages delivered they get returned to sender
6) No hot pads
7) Freezer wasn't cold enough to keep ice cream from being soupy.
My family and I spent a wonderful long weekend in this cabin. It was perfect for keeping our kids (ages 13, 11, and 8) entertained and was in a great location. Would definitely love to return. The only thing was we wish it had some more items in the kitchen to use for cooking.
We loved our stay at the cabin. It was an easy drive up the hill and we loved all the amenities. Its in a populated area, but your baconies offer complete privacy. The hottub, pool table and air hockey had the kids not wanting to leave . We would definately stay here again.
In general, it was a really great stay. Cabin was as advertised. Some of the features show a little bit of where. For example, only two out of the four Jets.. But it was still very very nice. Was out for a day, however, was fixed promptly communication was easy. It is super close to Gatlinburg. It is a great location. Overall, we would rent this property again. And if you like seeing wildlife and bears, there are plenty of them. Neighbors were also very friendly. I recommend this property for a vacation.
This was my first time in Gatlinburg and it was such a pleasant experience due our stay of location. The cabin was an excellent choice and in s very nice and accessible area. Can't wait to go back.
We came for a spur of the moment trip with three young children. The cabin is located very close to downtown Gatlinburg and many stores/restaurants. The listing is perfectly accurate, the space is perfect for a family or group of friends. The game room was great fun for the kids. Most importantly the bears were the highlight of our stay. They were all around and even on the front porch one day looking in the front door one day.
