Horrible stay for one night

Water was cut off Monday around 9pm and wasn’t cut back on until 8:00am no communication from property owners or the lake wharf very horrible experience not to have water with small kids!! That same night all the fire alarms went off due to not having water pressure around 11:30pm we had to evacuate from the 19th floor couldn’t use elevator had to use the stair way!! Called for refund for that night horrible night only and Southern Rental denied my claims because I didn’t call in the day of the claim I called in the claim after my vacation was over!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand your frustration and are truly sorry your visit didn’t go as smoothly as anticipated. Southern Vacation Rentals relies on the Homeowners Association to notify us of any building wide maintenance concerns or emergencies. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from the HOA regarding the water shutoff or the fire alarm evacuation during your stay. While we did receive your report after both events, we regret that we were not given the opportunity to address the matter in real time. Your concerns have been shared with our management team for improvement. We hope you provide us with the opportunity to regain your patronage in the future.
