Beautiful house! Very clean and comfy with all you need. Hot tub was amazing. View from back deck was gorgeous. We even saw several deer literally walk right up to the deck not bothered by us at all! Hostess checked in us several times. Would definitely book again!

Perfect Access to Beaver Lake and Hobbs State Park

Great stay - would highly recommend if you're looking for a place close to Hobbs State Park / Beaver Lake, but still close to downtown Rogers.

Quiet Getaway

We had a lovely stay at the house. We traveled to Fayetteville, Eureka Springs, and Bensenville, during the day, so it was a nice and quiet place to come back to. We played games and grilled. It was a relaxing place to be when we weren’t running around. We would stay there again!

The house was great. Very clean and cozy. We loved drinking coffee and reading in the sunroom. The chairs out there were so comfortable to sit in. Beds were comfortable and host provided very soft and cozy blankets to curl up with on the couch. The hot tub was our favorite in the evening after being at the lake during the day. The house was in a great location to get to and from the lake.

This is a great place to stay! When we had arrived, there was a minor issue with the exterior trash being overfilled. Callie reached out about the issue and apologized immediately. It was fixed shortly after. She was very responsive.

Cozy Fall Lake Getaway

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The house had everything we needed, was very clean, and beautifully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised by how close we were to the water and the boat launch. The second driveway was extremely useful for parking our boat, especially since the main driveway was short. For future guests bringing their own boat, it's important to note that the road leading to the property has a narrow and tight angled cul-de-sac turn. We found it easier to back our boat down the hill and into the driveway. Overall, it was an excellent stay! Callie was quick to respond and very friendly. Would love to stay again!

My husband & I bought this property as our first home, we LOVED living here as it was so quiet, peaceful, & really close to town but still "out of town". It holds a special place in our hearts since this is where it all began! We hope you enjoy the lake life scenery & peacefulness as we did!

What makes this property unique

This home is very cozy & the beautiful large deck with hot tub makes it so much nicer to enjoy! With TWO lake accesses in the neighborhood you can either go swim (bring some floaties & a cooler) or bring your boat to go out on the lake & enjoy fishing, water sports, or just relaxing in the sun!
