Sunswept #702 is a beautifully updated 7th floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath gulf-front condo offering cute,
beachy vibes in a casual and chic setting. As you enter, you will see the fully equipped modern kitchen is
elegantly updated with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, an eat-in bar, and dining table
for six people. The remodeled living space with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico is bright and
charming featuring a new sleeper sofa with ample seating in additional loungy armchairs. The primary
bedroom with views of the gulf offers a king bed with plush linens and en suite full bathroom. Two full
beds outfitted with fun and stylish bedding are featured in the spacious second bedroom, with close
access to the hallway full bathroom. An in-unit washer/dryer is located in the hallway as well. Smart TVs
are located in the living room and both bedrooms. The balcony offers breathtaking direct gulf-front
views, seven floors above the flawlessly landscaped swimming pool deck. Sunswept is situated directly
on the white sugar sand beach adjacent to the welcoming emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
This updated and remodeled Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama and just
five miles west of the Florida border and the world-famous Flora-Bama. Directly across the street from
Sunswept #702 and within easy walking distance, you will find modern shopping facilities such as Rouses
Market, Walmart, restaurants and more. Within a 10-15 minute beachside walk east, you will find the
recently opened CoastAL beachside restaurant complex for great food, live music, and incredible
beachfront views of the gulf. Sunswept #702 sleeps six people.

Our stay at Sunswept

Our very first time down at Orange Beach was a huge success!! Sunswept condominiums accommodated us for everything we needed! Staying right on the beach with easy access to a pool and the shore, made our stay infinitely better. The condo was very clean and looked nice and refreshed, as well as the management staff being very helpful with check in and check out. This place is a must stay for any beach goers or families looking for an escape!

Great location

We enjoyed staying right on the beach. The pool is a great size and much larger than the nearby pools. The master bedroom bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on.

Perfect family vacation

My family booked here for a 4 day stay to enjoy the beach and quality time. We were so thrilled at the location, cleanliness, and quaint home away from home this booking afforded us. We were very comfortable and appreciated the cute decor details. We commented when packing up that we hope to book this place again for our next trip!

Great place near everything

The property is perfect being across the street from Walmart, restaurants, stores, etc. The property is clean and secure. The security staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk woman (forgot her name) was very nice at check-in, too!

Nice condo and great location!

The condo was very clean and nice to stay in. The location was great and everybody at the front desk was great. The only couple things that I had a problem with was not all of the outlets worked and it was a vacation so we would’ve liked to sleep in a little bit, but there was construction going on condo next door starting at 7:30 AM pounding on the walls everyday that woke us up and would not let us go back to sleep at all. We had till 10 AM to check out on the last day but the cleaning lady came by about 915 and just walked in on us, when we told her we weren’t ready to leave yet She just stayed outside the door waiting for us to leave the entire time which I thought was kind of strange. Other than that, it was perfect.

Short trip to the beach

The condo was clean and looked like new furniture. The only thing with this condo was the beds. My husband and I tried all three beds. The worse was in the master bedroom. The bed was way too soft, don’t know if it was purchased that way or it’s wore out. Other than that, it was great stay.

We had a few issues that we weren't happy with. We needed a broom and dustpan cause with kids things do get spilled! It wasn't spotless but it was ok. The floors were in need of a good mopping, but there was no mop either! Also, the bottom sheets were too big for the beds, and you kept having to tuck them in. They also felt like sandpaper! We couldn't get the tv in the smaller bedroom to work. The remote wasn't programmed to that tv and we couldn't ever get it programmed. Other than these issues it was a comfortable condo, and we will probably rent again.
