Very quiet neighborhood in the Bloomington Hills area of St. George. Home is spacious with high ceilings and open floor plan, Great kitchen and a second floor balcony with a view of Snow Canyon, Pineview mountains and the LDS St George temple. Close to public golf course, tennis courts and parks. Trailhead for city trails, for bikes and walkers/joggers is across the street. World Famous Zions National park is 45 minutes from St. George. Bryce Canyon is 2 hours to the North. The Grand Canyon North Rim is 2 1/2 hours East of here. Snow Canyon is an amazing State park 15 minutes to the west. There are numerous trails, bike paths and canyons to explore here. Las Vegas is 95 minutes to the South. Great for longer stays as well. Excellent for triathlon/marathon training/ggolfing/working in quiet neighborhood.
