HELPFUL THINGS TO NOTE:

-Propane is not provided for the BBQ (often leftover from prior guests).

-Coffee and filters are not provided.

-The ice maker is not operational.

-This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property throughout the resort. Violations may result in immediate termination of stay and fees up to $450.

-We provide 8 pool towels. If used, please wash and dry before departure. Missing towels are $35 each.

-Guests over 12 (including daytime visitors) are $25 per person, per day.

-If anything during your stay needs attention, please let us know right away. We want your experience to be exceptional and can only fix what we’re aware of.

We loved this property. We stayed at this same resort last year at a different unit but the size of this unit fit our family a lot better. Our kids love coming her because of the skating rink and ninja warrior place on the property

The view of the valley was amazing from our balcony. It was spacious and had an overall feeling of roominess.I'd suggest brighter lighting. The price was very reasonable for how many guests it can accommodate.

Very nice property. The whole house was perfect. But our favorite part was the back patio/balcony. The views were amazing! We ate dinner out there every night. It was so peaceful. Owners were very responsive and pleasant. The kitchen came stocked with all the kitchenware for our group of ten. There was plenty of space. Will definitely book again next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Las Palmas Resort. The condominium was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The condo also had a quiet back deck with a nice view. The pools were great for the kids, and our group had fun there. We'll definitely be staying there again in the future.
