• This cabin sleeps 8 guests maximum
• We always recommend a 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way up, and without any inclement weather, any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area
• Fireplace is wood burning — bring your own firewood
• Coffee maker is a regular drip machine — bring your own coffee
• All TVs are Smart TVs
• Cabin has high-speed WiFi
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Cabin was in great location. Views are absolutely stunning and we loved having our coffee overlooking the mountain. Close to town and the park without hearing or seeing the crowds. Very clean! Kitchen was extremely well stocked with pots/pans/utensils which was very much appreciated.
The location of this house was great because it was just outside of town, easy to get to and on the east side which has less traffic. The views were spectacular! The house was well stocked, very comfortable and roomy.
We had a wonderful experience! The cabin had amazing views, as pictured in listing! The Only minor issue that we encountered, the pull out couch bed liner had a stain, we could not find the sheets for that bed or blanket , would recommend bringing your own. Owner was easy to communicate with & quick response time!
Nice property, AMAZING beautiful views of the mountains, nice deck without stairs on second level which was great. Hot tub on ground floor outside door seemed nice idea until we realized the bear could walk right up to us! Scary but also so so so cool an experience. Clean and the start kits were greatly appreciate along with towels and linens. Definitely would stay here again. Property manager was great, easy to contact and communicated well. Having a great property helped to enjoy Gatlinburg and the great Smokey mountains even more.
The amenities are in very poor condition. * Kitchen doesn’t have enough silverware for 4 people!* Living room furniture worn out. We brought a deck chair in to sit on. * Clothes dryer not heating well and took 3 cycles to dry a small load.* Toilet downstairs not bolted down. * The grill should be thrown away.* The hot tub seems to work fine but is located under a carport?? Surrounded by walls? No sky? This could be a great property, but it needs love.
We recently stayed at this cabin in Gatlinburg and overall had a good experience. The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking—truly the highlight of the stay and the reason I’m giving it four stars. When we arrived, the cabin smelled clean and looked surface-level tidy, but it’s definitely in need of a deep cleaning. I wouldn’t call it dirty, but it didn’t feel fully clean either—more like just enough to get by.One disappointment was the pullout sofa in the living room. We had planned for our daughters to sleep there, but there were no sheets provided, and while there were pillows, there were no pillowcases. One of my daughters ended up just sleeping on the couch with a blanket and a bare pillow, which wasn’t ideal. The cabin was functional, and we enjoyed our time there, but a few small improvements—like ensuring bedding is provided and doing a more thorough cleaning—would make a big difference. Still, those views made it a memorable trip
We loved our stay here at this cabin! We are a family of 5 and the cabin was perfect for us! It was a super quick and convenient drive down the mountain to get to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Yet we felt removed and peaceful and up in the mountains with a beautiful view when we were done in the city for the day. The place was clean with plenty of clean linens to accommodate our needs. The kitchen was great! Fully stocked with everything we needed. The smart TVs were a nice added bonus! The screened in sunroom was beautiful. We used the hot tub each day! It was very clean and heated up nicely! I highly recommend this cabin!! Thanks for everything!
