Steps away from Main Street, this property is close to everything making it easy to plan your visit. It's located on one of Hamilton’s most beautiful streets in the Rossville Historic District, is the oldest rental property in Butler County, and is the on the historic registry. However, the unit is completely remodeled and updated with stainless steel appliances, subway tiled kitchen, ceramic tile shower surround, laminate vinyl plank throughout, and a washer/dryer combo. A cool, quaint place!
This is a single family home that is two stories. On the first floor you'll have a spacious living area that has a sleeper sofa and reclining leather chair. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook a meal or just enjoy a cup of coffee. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen bed and a bean bag that converts to a full bed. The bathroom has a spacious shower! Off the bathroom there is a washer/dryer combo if you find you need to do a quick load while you're visiting (don't worry, there's detergent too!).
You will have access to the entire house and off street parking.
I live right down the street, I will be happy to help out and answer any questions you might have.

I stayed with my daughter for 2 nights, great location, comfortable accommodations, had great interactions with host, and appreciated the coffee and snacks waiting for us!
This property was a perfect spot and great price for our stay during the Spooky Nook tournament this weekend. The location is amazing (five minute drive) and the property had everything we needed (stocked kitchen including cold water bottles, great washer/dryer combo and comfy bed). We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for our Son's Volleyball Tournament at Spookynook. House is great, has everything needed and was super clean. Host was very responsive with any questions we had as well. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
Made for the perfect weekend away. The house had everything that I needed. This place is better then the description. Walking distance to downtown. Brian, the owner communicated very well to make sure my stay was great and was available, if needed during my time there.
We stayed two night while we were visiting our daughter who is working at Camp Campbell Guard for the summer. The place was exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect!
So clean! As my mom used to say… ‘you could eat off the floors!’ But we didn’t have to. Great location, walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. 15 or so minutes from Miami of Ohio
This quaint rental was just the right size. A mix of many, many modern updates while still maintaining the charm and character of the original home. We loved that the coffee shop was just around the corner. We would definitely stay at this property again!
Perfect place. Lovely home with all the amenities. Only 20 minutes from Miami University, and walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants and shops.
Absolutely loved the house, it was just enough for our children and us. Clean, cute, nice for a weekend get away. Only downside was it was super hot upstairs and cool downstairs but nothing a fan couldn’t fix upstairs lol, you can hear the music and people talking from local bars (that didn’t bother us or our kids, but I know some it might) overall Highly recommend. 😊

Thank you for the response. There is a separate heater (attached to the wall) for the first floor to regulate the heat difference between the two floors. I am surprised you heard the bar activity from down the road. It’s a great local establishment but it’s pretty far away to hear the activity. Thanks for the stay and we hope you come back. You were a great guest.
Stay was just what we wanted. Our son goes to Miami and it was about 20 minutes. Brian was good with communication and answered all questions quickly. Would like to make this our “stay” when we come to visit son.

Great location. Right in the middle of Hamilton. Walking distance to many places. Property is super clean. Property management company has great communication.
I enjoyed my stay here. It's not too far away from the airport or downtown, and it's very convenient to multiple restaurants and bars. Very comfy phone, great amenities, and friendly host. There was a minor issue the host brought up, and they notified me before i even knew. Great communication and awareness. Definitely recommend if you'll be in the area!
Finding this place ticked all the 5 star boxes for us. We were in a wedding in Hanover Reserve. This was perfectly located for our needs. The living quarters-roomy— and attention to details in the layout, linens, kitchen , bathroom made all the difference. The location is a big perk with a proper coffee house just steps away and bars, pubs and restaurants. Easy access and convenient to running /walking paths near the river. Hosts Brian and Jessica were fantastic and welcoming. We would stay there again.
Everything was great. The host was responsive, the place, the information in the binder was very helpful and the snacks were a bonus. My only complaint is the flooring upstairs is starting to pop out of place by the bathroom and is a cutting hazard
I am a real estate broker that has lived in Hamilton for almost 30 years. My wife and three kids have put their heart and soul into these properties. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
