Located across the street from the beach and boardwalk, and near South Beach, our home is the perfect place to enjoy all that the area has to offer. The apartment features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a living and dining room. Free parking is available for our guests. PLEASE NOTE: For stays lasting 6 days or more, we require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning once a week. This cleaning will be scheduled at a convenient time for you.

This measure is in place to ensure that our accommodations are always clean and comfortable for all of our guests. To ensure the continued comfort and hygiene of our accommodations.

To facilitate this process, you will receive a resolution center request for the additional cleaning fee of $159. It's important to note that stays longer than one week necessitate a mandatory cleaning every week during your tenure with us.
