The apartment features a brand new kitchen, separate bedroom and living/dining room, and a 42 inch TV. The views of the Miami skyline, city, and bay from the apartment are fantastic. PLEASE NOTE: For stays lasting 6 days or more, we require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning once a week. This cleaning will be scheduled at a convenient time for you.

This measure is in place to ensure that our accommodations are always clean and comfortable for all of our guests. To ensure the continued comfort and hygiene of our accommodations.

To facilitate this process, you will receive a resolution center request for the additional cleaning fee of $159. It's important to note that stays longer than one week necessitate a mandatory cleaning every week during your tenure with us.
