Recently renovated with new kitchen and baths! This direct oceanfront condo is bright and spacious and only steps away from the beach. Condo is 2 BR / 2 BTH on second floor located directly above the lower parking garage below. Balcony elevation is 5’ above ground. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms each with its own king-sized bed and an extra trundle bed in one bedroom that can sleep two children.

Elevator in building makes this wheel chair accessible and handicap friendly.

Property is an easy walk to the many restaurants, bars and stores in pedestrian friendly downtown Cocoa Beach.

This was even better than I expected! Owner was prompt and clear as well as very kind and helpful! Location was perfect! View was even better than I expected. I was a little worried about 1st floor if the dunes would block the view. NOPE! We watched ocean, dolphins, cruise ships. Beautiful! Condo was clean and lotsnof space. Loved our stay! Would go back for sure!

We loved the beach view from the balcony. Also enjoyed seeing several rabbits feeding in the yard each day and lots of birds flying around. The sunrises were beautiful. Good view of the launches.Host was a great communicator.

The accommodations were excellent. I'm a wheelchair user and the unit was very open and accessible. Would rate 5 stars other than the fact that the elevator had issues and could not access our unit for a full afternoon. Property contact Mr. Cocoa Beach was of great assistance.

This is our second time staying at this condo. It was exceptional just like the previous year and the location and proximity to all of the things in cocoa beach and the beach is ideal. We stayed husband and wife, three teenage children, and 15 year old, and it was perfect. We'll be back next year.

Super cute little spot!

Very nice property with a convenient location to everything you would need. Lots of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Grocery stores are a quick 5 mins drive down the road. The property had a lot of things already there, from towels to beach chairs to toys for kids, which made our stay really easy. The property was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The property owner was easily reached and communicated well throughout our entire stay. We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our four-night stay at this beautiful condo. It was just as shown in the pictures. I spent as much time as possible on the patio - looking at and/or listening to the ocean. Love Cocoa Beach!

2nd year stay

The location is perfect. A couple of our favorite restaurants are within walking distance of this condo. Convenience of having a garage and elevator is very helpful. The view off of the large balcony is perfect for relaxing after a day in the beach. Close enough, that I can wave at my husband as he sits on the balcony, out of the sun, while I sit on the beach soaking it up. Hope to come back for many more years. Oh, both this year and last we watched a rocket launch. Really cool to enjoy from the balcony.

Great home base for Cocoa Beach

This condo is literally across the street from the main square in Cocoa Beach for restaurants, beach bars, and shopping. The beach is clean and near a lifeguard shack, and the room is spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cocoa Beach!

A Great Place to Stay

Close to the beach and for the first time in my life we all got to see a rocket shoot up and hear it go up in space from this condo. So much space. We loved staying here and the pool was great.

I highly recommend this property! The host is super great about communication - he even reached out to make sure we knew about a rocket launch during our stay ( it was really cool to see - great view from the beach behind the condo) Check in and check out was super easy and convenient. The location is great - you can walk to restaurants and shops. The condo itself is nice and spacious, well appointed and clean. We plan to book again!

Beachfront condo was lovely. We had a check-in problem with code, but the owner had someone come check it out. He was extremely gracious and helpful & no more issues. Beach and pool were great, restaurants nearby - we definitely want to book again.

While wanting a day at the beach we drove over to Cocoa Beach not realizing it was so close only about an hour away. While I was out on the Tiki Bar at the Cocoa Beach pier I had that peaceful easy feeling that I really wanted to live here in Cocoa Beach and experience the margaritaville lifestyle. Now as a VRBO Premier Host I’m happy to share that same feeling with you!
