The condo was wonderful! Very clean , beautiful furnishings and a great view from the balcony. Master bedroom large with plenty of storage space. Kitchen had every imaginable thing we could need for cooking. Our son and his family were unable to join us dueto illness so we were stuck without a car but were able to walk to several outstanding restaurants plus the Publix which was 8 minutes walk. Good communication also. Would love to return.

Great location, very short walk over to the beach/down to the pool. Convenient to Space Center, restaurants … It was very clean and well supplied with cookware. Rooms were large and well furnished. Beach chairs and toys also available

Beach time Bliss

We have stayed at the Cocoa Beach club for many years for spring break. This year was no exception. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The beach is right there and lots of things to do with lots of restaurants in the area.

We love to spend time at this Beach Condo, which is beautifully maintained. We have 4 generation of family who have enjoyed the beach condo. We love the white sandy beach and and the ocean. Some of my favorite activities include: sun bathing, swimming, shell collecting, walking the beach, fishing, shopping, Kennedy Space Center, watching rocket launches, and enjoying the many great restaurants in the area and sharing memories.

Why they chose this property

This is a perfect beach location, close to everything, but secluded on the beach. You can walk to stores , restaurants, and the Cocoa Beach Pier. It is a very safe location for your family. The condo is beautiful with many upgrades including a new $25,000 kitchen with stainless appliances and Quartz counter tops. We hope your family will have many great memories of a wonderful vacation in our Cocoa Beach Condo.
