Pelican Walk Unit 1012 is a spacious 1550 square foot GULF FRONT 3 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the 10th floor with an oversized wrap-around balcony! Completely remodeled and perfect for families, the living area has plenty of seating with a reclining leather sofa, reclining love seat, and 2 recliner chairs. Kick back, put your feet up, and relax at the beach! Enjoy King beds in the master bedroom & guest bedroom, and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and Twin size bunkbeds! *Age Restriction for the TOP bunk: We recommending that only children over the age of six use the top bunk.

The newly remodeled bathrooms are generous in size and feature beautiful custom tile showers. The kitchen is well equipped with granite counters, custom cabinets, and everything you could need to cook! There is also a washer and dryer in the condo. Truly the BEST part is the wrap around balcony with a million dollar view! It is the PERFECT spot to take in the SUNSET over the Gulf!

Nestled on the quiet end of PCB on Thomas Drive, Pelican Walk is close to all that PCB has to offer; restaurants (one of our favorites is Captain Anderson's), Hershey's Beach ice cream shop, shopping at Alvin's Island, mini golf, go-carts & arcade, Signal Hill golf course, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, St. Andrew's State Park, and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius! Guests staying at Pelican Walk have numerous amenities : private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more!

PELICAN WALK Pet Policy:
Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY condos in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 20 lbs. or under. All dogs must be pre-approved and registered upon arrival. At check-in dog's will be issued a Pelican Walk Leash Sleeve to wear while on property.

*Pet fee is $150/per pet charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association.

**All Pets must be fully housetrained! Guests must have pet occupancy approved at the time of booking. Please provide weight and breed of pet to be added to the reservation. Guests that have a qualifying SERVICE ANIMAL must request accommodations at the time of booking.

This was our 1st time to Pelican Walk and it didn't disappoint. Our 10th floor condo was on amazing & the ocean view was breathtaking!! From the condo to the beach & tons of great food options within 15 mins we had the best time. We'll definitely be back. :)

Also the guest shower, we had to keep fixing the glass and also maintenance came as well.

Great Vacation Rental

Everything was great…good view, comfortable seating, nicely decorated and clean. There are a few suggestions to make it even better. The mattress in the main bedroom was terrible and needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable and sagged. The furniture for that room was too big for the room and left only a narrow walkway between bed and dresser.The kitchen could have been better stocked with utensils and cooking pans. I also suggest having some seasonings such as salt, pepper, garlic and other common spices. It is very expensive to have to purchase them. I also suggest a regular coffee maker because everyone does not use Kuerig. If these things were corrected, it would have been perfect! I will stay here again.

Although, it could use some repairs to the walls by cleaning, repairing and painting after the repairs. It would show so much better if these repairs were done. Other than this the condo was well maintained.

The walk in shower was very nice. The view from the balcony was amazing. Our senior dog loved laying on her bed on the balcony and smelling the ocean breeze. We were on the 10th floor and only one elevator was running. This was not much of an inconvenience but it would be in a busier time. The dog walk area was nice with a bench and baggies. We walked the beach every morning and and it was easy to access. The 2 pools were nice as well. We enjoyed our time and can’t wait to come back!

It is the first room by the east elevator so easy access to the beach/pool/parking. Unfortunately, the east elevator was closed for maintenance our entire stay, so lots of walking to the other side of the building.

Needs some upgrades, repairs and overall deep clean

We are usually pretty happy with the accommodations, however this year....not so much. Unit 1012 is on the West side. The west side elevator was non-functioning all week long. It was very inconvenient and required a lot of wait time with the whole complex using only one elevator. I had read in previous reviews that there were issues with the elevator and was hopeful that the issues had been resolved. I noted on the agenda for the Owner's Association that they were going to be addressing the elevator upgrade in their meeting the week after we left. I hope they decide to get a new elevator and quit trying to piece the one they have together. The cleaning crew didn't really clean Unit 1012 much at all. The floors were the worst. Our feet were black after being there just a few minutes. When I reported it to the front desk, they thanked me and said mopping doesn't really clean these floors, it takes "steam" cleaning to get them really clean. Fine, but that doesn't explain all the sand left on the floor. We went and bought a wet swiffer, it took 5 pads just on the dining room floor to get it half way clean. Mopping made a huge difference! There were several small things that needed repairs in the unit. Curtain rods torn from the wall in 2 bedrooms, a kitchen trash can that didn't work. A washing machine push button that kept getting stuck, holes in walls needed repaired. The mattress in the Master bedroom was horrible and needs to be replaced. My family that slept on it had to sleep sideways on the mattress because it was so broken down. We still love Pelican Walk and will continue to vacation there assuming they get the elevator situation taken care of. Not sure if we will pick Unit 1012 again. We feel like we should have gotten our cleaning fee refunded as we left the Unit a lot cleaner than we found it.
