This condo walks right out to the west side heated pool and offers the view of the Gulf is on display from inside the condo and from the poolside patio!

Pelican Walk 111 is one of the nicest condos at Pelican Walk! You will walk right in from the parking lot and straight through to the pool and beach! The bedroom has a king bed, and the living room g area has a queen size Murphy bed and a sleeper sofas.

The living area has plenty of seating with 2 recliner, swivel chairs and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook at the beach; dinnerware, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and plenty of pots and pans for your convenience. The dining area has a table with seating for up to four people and a bar area in the kitchen with two bar stools for additional seating. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. Enjoy having two full size bathrooms with upscale custom tile showers!

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay! Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more!
