Charming Beach House located down town in Sea Isle City, NJ. Walking distance to everything. Only 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. Sleeps 9 with off street parking. Washer, dryer, front deck, back deck, outside shower and 3 full bathrooms. Gas grill, full kitchen, Wifi, Cable. Renters need to bring sheets, towels and toiletries. Only do Full Week rentals from Memorial day to Labor Day. NO PETS & NO SMOKING

The house has incredible potential and is in the perfect location. The listing isn’t accurate in that it doesn’t show the third bedroom. House felt a bit dirty upon arrival and was falling apart. The doors to the closet near the kitchen were off the hinges which was not at all safe for a baby and the stove smelled of gas when we tried to use it.

there was trash in the trash barrels outside that smelled terrible and there was a moldy coffee filled filter filled in the coffee maker. There were broken bifold doors, and some of the beds were not set up properly. it has the potential to be a nice property but need some updating and some fresh paint. Great location and property manager was responsive, but someone should’ve checked in that property before we checked in.
