Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all dishes used. Strip beds except comforter and place in blue bag along with used towels. Take out all trash
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
upon departure please text 10168 to 469-795-7309 make sure all dishes, pots and pans are cleaned
place all used sheets and towels in blue laundry bag that is provided all garbage is to beremoved from condo and thrown into dumpster

A great place to relax, close to everything!

We really enjoyed our time here in Garden City. The room was excellent with all the amenities we needed. Everything was within walking distance and when we weren't checking out the nearby shops or at the beach, we were relaxing in the very well kept pool/Jacuzzi area. We would definitely stay here again!

I took my boys to GC for a short spring break trip. We had the best time, condo accommodated us just fine. Walked to pier every morn to fish!
