“Ocean Breeze” Oceanfront-Unique-Spectacular-Pet Friendly-Two Bedroom

The house is true beachfront property so you literally walk across the dune to the ocean. Elevator! 2BR 1 bath unit that is part of a multi-unit house. The unit is located 18 feet above ground level and has spectacular views of the beach. Each bedroom offers a Queen bed and ‘uniquely’ large sink vanities with built- in dressers. Additional Jack-n-Jill style Full bath with shower/tub. Sleeps 6 when the pull-out sofa is utilized. Smart TVs, WiFi and Spectrum cable provided. Common area decks offer outside enjoyment and seating. Huge covered under house hang out space. And……actual grass in the backyard! Ocean Breeze is located just 10 miles from Myrtle Beach airport and 3 miles from Murrells Inlet. We also have a 1BR and 4BR unit at the same address.
Outdoor elevator is available to help reach each floor of the house.
Common outdoor grill can be used by all guests.
Shared washer and dryer unit located outside for all guests to use and share.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All standard rentals are weekly and begin on Saturday afternoon. For possible rentals not beginning on a Saturday or not being for 7 nights, please contact the owner to discuss.
A cleaning fee of $150 per stay will be charged for all rentals.
And if you have a small dog, there is a $150 pet fee per stay.

A group of ten women rented this unit, as well as the four-bedroom unit upstairs. Although we had some issues with the four-bedroom, this particular unit was fine, outside of some wobbly faucets and old towels/washcloths. Communications with the property manager were great. The view is priceless, with rocking chairs on the shared porch space.

Really like this place. Cozy and dog friendly. There are a couple of issues with the property that need addressed: the blinds in the main room don’t work (we covered the window with a sheet at night) and the fan in the ocean side bedroom is noisy. This makes it impossible to use especially at night. If these two issues were fixed, the place would be perfect.

Amazing location - highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The property was situated in a great spot, close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Will book again.

Great Place on Gardin City Beach

This was a great little spot directly on the beach. It was pet friendly. There was a grassy area in the backyard that was great for the dogs. Living quarters were spacious and clean. We loved the deck and rocking chairs. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our AM and PM drinks while enjoying the ocean. If there was any advice to make this better it would be to have dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee filters, Clorox wipes, and paper towels. We had to run to the store to get those items. But overall we had a wonderful experience! We would definitely come back!!

Perfect ocean front location!

We had such a great time at this property. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. The house was very clean upon arrival and the local property manager and the owner himself were so kind and communicative with any questions. We truly can’t wait to come back and stay at this house!

Great Stay

We normally head to the Gulf Coast for a beach vacation, but decided to give the Myrtle Beach area a try. Glad we did. The Muth house in Garden City Beach was great - comfortable, beachfront, perfect size, clean and great location. Pat and Michael were great to work with. Will stay there again.

Nice apartment style housing. Beautiful beach view with easy access to beach. Wish blinds worked better but seemed trivial once we adapted. Loved the vanity and sink in each bedroom; so convenient. Our small dog felt safe when we had to leave her. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay at the Muth property!

We absolutely loved the Muth house! Everything was exceptionally clean and we had quick responses with a few questions that we had upon arrival. It was so nice to just walk out the door directly to the beach! The 2 bedroom was perfect for my husband, daughter, myself and our 2 tiny pups! We will be back!

This was my first time staying in Garden City at the Muth Beach House. I like the location.

I rented the 2 BR. The unit was very clean and cozy. The furniture, sofa and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. I must say this is one of the best places I have stayed that allowed pets in the Myrtle Beach area. I look forward to staying here again.
