Pull up to a lush canopy of Spanish oak trees, down a secluded street, you will find ample parking, step into the entrance with a large front porch area and come on in.

Dining area, full kitchen and living room are the heart of the home. The living room leads out to the beautiful backyard and deck. The twinkle lights are perfect for an evening of grilling and sitting by the fire.

Outside, the cottage reveals its natural beauty with a spacious deck and lush lawn, providing the perfect backdrop for immersing yourself in the serenity of the surroundings. Don`t forget to bring the s`mores for the fire pit, adding a touch of nostalgia to your stay!

On one side of the home you will find the primary bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, with shower and soaking tub.

All of the home is available to guests, the garage is kept locked.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
