The Dala House is a historic building originally built in the 1800's that has been completely renovated in 2023, producing five quality hotel suites for the sophisticated traveler. Each beautiful suite is equipped with hot water on demand, filtered drinking water, top quality bedding, and a spa-like shower. We are conveniently located between Arcadia Bluffs, Crystal Mountain, and the wineries in Leelanau and Traverse City. Enjoy a nice walk to the Glenwood restaurant, the marina, beaches, and shopping. Beautiful Portage Lake has channel access to Lake Michigan.
Off street parking for RVs/boat trailers is available upon request.

There is new electrical, new plumbing, new walls, and new flooring! It has also been equipped with top of the line bedding and amenities. Each unit has its own tankless water heater and filtered water treatment system. There are security cameras on the property for your safety and protection. One is right inside the main entrance pointing toward the door. The additional cameras are attached to the outside of the building.

This home sits on M-22 in downtown Onekama. It is part of the scenic route from Manistee to Leelanau. You can walk to a public park/beach, shops, and the Glenwood fine dining restaurant. You are a short drive or boat ride to Lake Michigan. Sleeping Bear National Park, The Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course, Traverse City, and Crystal Mountain Ski Resort are all close enough to venture out for a day trip.
