Listen to the soothing “Ocean’s Roar” from the porch of this beautifully furnished, relaxing home in South Farm. Families will love the views over Barn Hill Park where the deer frequently spend time, the deep green forest with hiking and biking trails and the easy access to the endless sands of Seabrook’s beach. This home is located a quick 3-minute walk to the Sunrise outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna where you will also find the fully equipped gym.
The delightful “great room” main floor combines kitchen, dining and living room with space for the whole gang. Enjoy your morning coffee on our warm sunlit balcony just off the kitchen or move to the cozy front porch curled up with a good book. You’ll find the kitchen is fabulously equipped with everything you’ll need for gourmet meals – blender, electric griddle, waffle maker, cookie sheets, pizza stone, muffin pan and much more.
Sleeps nine. There are three bedrooms upstairs. The primary has a luxury king bed and offers beautiful views of the barn and horse pasture. There are two additional bedrooms, one with generous King bed and the other with a built-in twin over queen bunk bed perfect for a couple or up to 3 kids. Downstairs for the kids, tweens, or teens in your life is the game room setup with big screen TV, Xbox, board games and comfortable sleeper sofa.
This is a super dog friendly home that includes:
- Food and water bowls
- Comfy foam bed
- Toys and ball thrower
- Heated outdoor shower wand for a quick post beach rinse
It’s just a short walk (1 minute) to the barn and horse pasture. In the evenings, the fire pit is just up the hill where you can roast marshmallows under the endless stars (smore’s sticks can be found in the kitchen). The home also includes 2 bicycles for biking around town and has easy access to the mountain bike trails.
If you have an EV, our enclosed garage has a NEMA 14-50 outlet where you can plug in your personal adapter and charge-up.
