The house was beautiful and in a great place. The beds were really comfortable. The fire pit wasn’t working but they sent the maintenance team out to assess and try and get it working. The living room was a great place to gather with our family and the dining room held us all comfortably. I’d stay again.
We had a wonderful stay, the home was clean, the check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient, and the home had everything we needed for a large group.
The kitchen is outfitted better than any other VRBO we have been to. The gas fire pit was great for evening drinks and morning coffee.Great view of the lake. Lots of stairs and you can hear the traffic from the road below but those things are overshadowed by the greatness of the house.
What a wonderful stay we had at this beautiful cabin! The gourmet kitchen is great and so are all of the other amenities. We would definitely come back!
In the listing it showed a hot tub. But the property does not have a hot tub. We were really disappointed. Overall, gorgeous location! Beautiful home. As an Interior Designer, there are many small tweeks/updates I could recommend. (Like more lighting.) Owner would benefit from short consultation. We enjoyed the deck and the firepit! Star gazing. Took advantage of hiking and e-biking along lake. Just a wonderful time with Friends!
The property had great character and plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. The amenities were superior, but the home was tired and could use a little tlc and cosmetic maintenance. There was a tear in the great room couch, missing cushions on outdoor chairs, excessive spider webs on the main deck, no wash cloths, the kitchen sink hot water nozzle didn't stop turning, main bedroom closet bifold doors were broken, awning unusable because it was torn, decks needed cleaning and sealer, the parking outside the garage had a hole from deterioration that someone could have tripped or fallen. We also wished we had known it was 3 stories. This was very close to the road and had continuous road noise. Considering how warm the weather was, the fans provided helped some. The windows couldn't be open at night because of the noise. All in all, we loved our experience, but at this price point, we expected a better maintained property.
Very spacious, clean, and close to amenities! A wonderful time in Lake Tahoe!

Reviewer Comments:
Beautiful home in great location. Nice views of the lake and easy to take advantage of all that Incline Village has to offer from this property. We loved the room layout for our two families with little kids. Plenty of space. That said, there were some disappointments... Check in requires going to an office to commence an "after-hours" experience to get a key that is just inefficient. There were cobwebs around the lights in the dining room, an empty propane tank on the grill (identified while trying to light it with prepared steaks on a plate in my hand), half the reasonable amount of towels for the number of guests, and almost NO staple supplies. We quickly ran out of paper towels, and in addition to the propane, had to go purchase olive oil, salt, etc. We've rented a dozen times in Incline (and elsewhere) so we get that homes vary in what the owner provides, but this felt a too sparse for the quality of home & price. The owners did provide marsh mellow roasting sticks for the fire, as well as three sleds, but as nice as that was, items like tin foil, zip lock bags, and garbage bags (there were 3 of those) forced us to run to the store before we could even really get settled. This home feels like it was once a gorgeous and much-loved place where the owners spent a lot of time, but has now evolved into just a heavily rented, slightly out dated place that just doesn't get deep cleaned or well stocked in order to maximize profits. To be fair, it's still nice and I don't want to misrepresent the property, it's just the first time we have paid premium price for a very large, nice place in Incline to find it so sparsely supplied - and just a little tired. The best way to articulate the way the home is "outfitted" would be to relay that hand laid stone floor tiles in the kitchen are loose, the "high-tech" TV system had SIX remotes (NO joke, it took an hour to figure out how to play a show for the kids), and the convertible ping pong table looked OK but had a broken net.
Brought a group of friends out for tahoe/reno weekend, place was perfect. Great public spaces, downstairs had some well appointed private bedrooms and great patio/firepit area. Kitchen well stocked, nice deck
Very pretty with great views of the water and the woods. Close enough to the town to go out to eat, get groceries and coffee, and generally have things to do. Lovely time
A beautiful home that we thoroughly enjoyed. And it was great to be away during the pandemic. Hadn’t played pool in a very long time. Was a great gathering place. Was disappointed that we weren’t able to have access to the Incline beaches. Additionally, it didn’t appear that general upkeep had happened. The carpet on the first landing down the stairs was stained and there were other spots throughout the carpeted area.
