Comfortable and well-furnished house - loved it!

We are two families with 2 adults and 2 adult children. We've rented houses all over Tahoe for years during the week between Christmas and New Year's, and this house is one of the best. The well-stocked kitchen had every appliance (and even some spices) that we needed to cook all of our dinners. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved making fires in the fireplace in the living room every night. The location was great with easy access to Squaw/Alpine Meadows and Northstar. We'd love to stay here again next year!

Felt Like Home!

This gorgeous home is across the street from the Lake, with beautiful partial lake views. We had a super relaxing time at this rental and we definitely felt more like we were staying at a friend's home than a rental property. It was incredibly comfortable, and all the little touches make this place special. The kitchen was probably better stocked (and organized) than my kitchen at home. All the fun places to enjoy the view and the cozy furniture made hanging out and relaxing all the more enjoyable. The bed was comfy and we had more than everything we needed. The check-in process was super easy, and they kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. Thanks to the Wallace's for sharing their wonderful home at Lake Tahoe!

Our trip was all about friends reconnecting and this property over-delivered! From the hot tub, to the lounge area with bean bags, to the concise and helpful welcome book . . . everything was thought out and made it a great experience. The host provided amenities I didn't even know I wanted: humidifier, extra fans in every bedroom closet, complimentary amenities like shampoo/conditioner (etc), glassware for fun drinks like margaritas! etc etc etc. The best part was the kitchen and the amenities provided. We were able to successfully cook multiple complex meals and never lacked utensils. Best vacation rental kitchen I've ever experienced. STAY HERE!

Perfect location

Loved waking up and and having views of the lake! This property had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and made dining in a pleasure. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and large fireplace in the living room. The location is centrally located with very easy access to Tahoe City as well as many of the wonderful ski resorts and sights of Tahoe. Can't imagine how beautiful this spot would be in Summer!

Fabulous Dollar Point

This lovely home was perfect for our family & grandchildren. The lower level with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & kitchen was great for our adult sons and their families. Upper level with master, large living area and well equipped kitchen hosted dinner for 12 every night. Great place to celebrate my 70th birthday & son proposed on the beach. Memories made.

Wonderfully appointed and fun property

This home is so comfortable and well appointed and has a really unique and fun floor plan, allowing the younger folks their own cozy living area. Lovely decks and views of the water. We were disappointed that we were no longer allowed to access the lovely nearby private beach. The rules had changed between making our long term booking & our actual stay. However, there is a nice public beach nearby.

Perfect Family Vaca in Tahoe

We loved our stay at our property in Lake Tahoe. The location was perfect for quick access to hikes in the North and South of Tahoe, restaurants and a wonderful hidden beach area (Skylandia) within .5 miles of the home. Our home was clean and roomy and had everything you could think of you needed for a week vacation. Would love to come back and do it all again!!!! Many thanks for a superb vacation in Lake Tahoe!!!

AMAZING house

The house is huge, different areas to hung out and enjoy the stay. The organization in the entire house is extraordinary, homeowners provide everything you need to cook, clean, shower... everything is in conditions and very clean. I highly recommend this house to spend time with friends and family, you don’t need to go outside the house to do anything.

The house was great; it was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed including some basic spices and napkins, paper towels, ziplocs, etc. We ate all of our meals on the deck and enjoyed the weather and views. We had a one year old with us and probably would not choose this place again with a little one; definitely not baby proof. The home has many stairs with several openings that a little one could easily fall to the stairs below; so we were up and chasing our crawler all over the place. Would definitely come back with adults only.

Can't beat location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat - the house is across the street from Lake Tahoe and a short walk to Dollar Point Beach. There is a new hot tub on the porch which we used daily. The house is smartly laid out with a master upstairs along with kitchen, dining and living rooms. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, two baths, and a full family room/kid's hangout room. This layout provided privacy and fun for our kids while we relaxed upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, appliances and tableware so it feels like home. There are plentiful paper products (TP and paper towels) which some VRBOs are stingy with but not this one. The house is a little dated and the carpet could be changed out but this is very typical of a ski house in Tahoe. I gave cleanliness 4 stars instead of 5 only because there were some spiders and webs outdoors near the hot tub which we needed to swipe away in order to relax. But again, this is a common outdoor occurrence in the mountains and the house itself was very clean. Finally, the manager was very helpful with instructions and easy to reach with questions. The booking process and our vacation was fantastic. I would reserve this property again.

We had a great stay. The house was very well kept and lots of space for a bigger family. We loved it - just make sure to keep your food out of your car and doors shut. We had a bear climb into our car o. The middle of the day! Exciting to say the least!

A perfect place to stay for our family

The home is in a great neighborhood with fun amenities such as a private beach, a pool, playground, tennis courts, etc.. Regina is very communicative and accessible. She thought of so many details that make it so much easier for guests. She provides shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. and the kitchen is well stocked with basic necessities. The home is very clean which is very important to me. We enjoyed the association pool, beach, and playground. The hot tub at the home was so relaxing. Great views from many rooms. Our kids had a blast playing air hockey and reading the wonderful collection of kids' books.We BBQd and ate al fresco. Overall, this was a winner all around and we look forward to coming back to Tahoe to stay at Regina's home again.
